Hiya
I may have told this story before so apologies if I have - re taking things off for weigh in, when I used to go to SW classes a target member turned up in jeans, stepped on the scales and then proceeded to start peeling off layers until she ended up in her t-shirt and knickers!
I discovered LMcC sausages through this lovely thread and DH and I absolutely love them. They're much nicer than Quorn.
Do any of you use an infrared grill? We've just bought one for the shop, principly to heat pies and pasties, but DH is also hoping we can cook steak, sausages and burgers with it (for ourselves, not the customers). The instructions only cover operating and cleaning so we've got some learning to do. I can't do a link but if you google cougar infrared 2r25 you'll see what it's like.

Not tried the burgers yet, or the sausages but just about too
Sausages weren't bad, would probably buy again as meat ones usually have wheat/gluten in.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Also do weigh & sometimes if people take off their glasses & watch it can mean another 1/2 off. Doesent always work but people often do it is a 1/2 means they will get an award :rotfl:

Weighed in with +2 this week which is last week catching up with me. Really need to get exercising again as it feels like I have gained much more than I actually have. Tomorrow's meal plan has gone out of the window slightly as I have just gone to take the chicken out of the freezer and discovered we don't have any! Got a tuna salad for lunch so will sleep on it and see what I can conjure up tomorrow. Night all x

Giving it a go next week so will let you know. At least I won't be able to see the numbers if glasses are off so that must be a plus :rotfl:I may have told this story before so apologies if I have - re taking things off for weigh in, when I used to go to SW classes a target member turned up in jeans, stepped on the scales and then proceeded to start peeling off layers until she ended up in her t-shirt and knickers!

My belated report of WI. -6lb off.:j So you were all right - the Holiday weight vanished.
More good news - the resort manager refunded half the cost of the stay so it took the bite off the weekend. :T
It turns out that the new systems (read that as cuts) they are using for NHS means that our local surgery is unable to continue unless we can do something. I've spent most of the week "doing something" because stupidly, the surgery is surrounded by new builds going up and 2600 people would have to transfer to others that are already over subscribed....
The small practices run by doctors (businesses as it were) are the ones most likely to feel this. So keep your ears to the ground guys, don't lose your doctor.

Wow, well done SwipernoSwiping, that's a fab loss!
I managed my 1lb off to get my stone award....just! And yes, everything that could decently be removed, was. Lol
So, with another 6lb to target and holiday in just over 5 weeks, I've got to focus and get this shifted!0
