Fab result charmed. :T Some of my meds have been reduced through the week and took last one of Saturday - trouble with mine is they are having the opposite effect  Will see how much damage has been done at WI in an hour. Might be full of grumps when I get back tonight. It is so hard when you have stuck to plan and increased actiivites then things go belly up through not fault of your own. Oh well people have much worse things to deal with in the world so I will stop whinging
Well done on your loss too jps :T
I call that a good result shala that you stuck at one roll and didn't finish the whole batch :rotfl:
Thinking of you Lantanna and hope all goes well. xx
Oh well it will be time to get ready for class soon. I see there is a new Lemon Meringue HiFi bar out. I didn't mind the Alpen Lemon one.
If I don't manage to get back here later I will be back tomorrow with tonight's result.

I wasn't going to look at dresses yet as my wedding isn't until November next year but I've already been engaged over a year resisting dress shops, and a dress shop is just so happening to have a designer day of Maggie soterro dresses and I just so happen to love the look of her dresses....
I bet pics will be banned but I have a savvy photo happy bridesmaid so I reckon she'll get some regardless so will see what I can do!

As expected, +1lb for me, shala.
I’m keeping you company on the naughty step, b_e_g. Thanks for keeping us honest, shala.
That’s brilliant, charmed and jps.
Lois, I agree with you about the Muscle Foods chicken sausages. We enjoyed them too. And they make a change from LMcC’s (which I also like).
Lovely dresses, selement. I’m looking forward to seeing your long/short list. You chose a beautiful dress too, teallach.

The best I can see is Waitrose at half a syn per 100g for their 10% fat lamb mince.
Gorgeous dresses. Well worth losing weight to get into them. I think I might ask DH if we can have a re-run!:rotfl:0 -

Snack: bowl of cherries
Snack:maringue (3 syns) with fromage fraise (free),strawberries.
Skimmed milk cups of tea
