Lantanna - I really feel for you. I honestly don't know why people seem to think it's okay to comment on people's weight / weight loss. The too skinny / lost too much thing is particularly grating, it's got to be down to jealousy surely.
Daisy & Candyapple - well done on such fantastic weightlosses!0 -
Maman I simply could not disclose the name of the village as we would have an influx of all sorts of randy sods over here lol:rotfl: and clearly we have enough going on!! I will say however some parts of rural Northern Ireland are clearly not as sleepy as you would think!!! lol
Yes I am feeling much better now, thank you all for your kind words! I am blaming the eclipse for all of this madness!!
Meg :rotfl: Dear oh dear!!! Whatever next??? You do seem to get them don't you!! Imagine asking a lady like yourself to go dogging, I'm appalled :rotfl: See we can expect a baby boom thanks to 50 shades of grey! Random pointless comment but somewhat fitting with the themes of the chat today!! lol0 -

Hugs to you Lantanna - hope you feel better for your rant. This is definitely the place to do itl
Tried to get on earlier when I got back from WI but the forum was down.
Had a gain of 0.5lb so OK with that, thought it would have been more.

Evening. Well done on your losses candyapple and tweets :T
Lantanna lovely, I hope your rant helped! There's a good bit of humour in there if and when you read it back so try and keep positive and ignore the unhelpful comments. Sorry you ended up crying though, I think clothes sizes are horrid as they lie to you all the time.
About to have stirfry and then probably head to bed as I am so so tired. Had a ****y day at work as well which I've complained to hubby about, then listened to him complain about his ****y day as well :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Evening
I'm getting bored with being on a diet this week. Today wasn't as good as it should have been.
B - Porridge with frozen berries (HEA & HEB)
L - toasted chicken, bacon and mushroom ciabatta  an orange
D - gammon, egg and mushrooms
S - freddo (5), walkers stars (4.5)
I have no idea how many syns the toasted ciabatta was as I bought it in a cafe.
Back on it tomorrow

Well done, SallyC, tweets and candyapple.
Lantanna, I’m sorry you had a lousy day and things have been a bit tough for you lately. Hold on to all those fabulous moments you’ve had on your weight loss journey. I bet you’ve had more of them over the last year than of the rotters. Hugs. Buying clothes is not a pleasant experience for many of us – I had that mini hissy fit over the dress I’ve got for the wedding. It looks much better than it would have at this time last year too.
Maman, I got my sandwich from the cafe in an independent garden centre – and blooming tasty and well filled it was!
Oh and lantanna, don’t look at dressmaking patterns – they have much much bigger numbers than any shops, if you do the measuring they ask for. It is terrifyingly depressing!!!!!!!
This thread is getting very saucy – what exciting (not sure that’s the right word) lives some folk lead. And meg, you haven’t said you declined the dogging offer!
Another decent day SW-wise
So tomorrow will be
Breakfast: hexb All Bran and fruit
Lunch: unexpectedly and happily out with daughter (no we’re going out, not coming out – thought I’d better clarify that, the way this thread has been tonight!)
Dinner: salmon & dill mash, broccoli
Good luck, everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
