They seem to sell them in Waitrose, Morrisons and Asda.
Not sure that the free ones are designed for coffee, more flavouring water/lemonade/tonic

I fancy the pink grapefruit. I'm always on the lookout for something not too sweet.
It'd be interesting to know how much they cost in France denise.0 -
Thanks Maman. In your second link they are in the hot drinks bit. They are the gourmet drops. As far as I am aware they are exclusive to asda for now and are in the coffee/tea aisle.
I agree the pink grapefruit ones sounds really nice, I like sharp things to drink when it's hot outside.0 -

OOPS! Just saw you’d had replies. I’ve added some more bits, in case it’s of any use.
Sending you lots of hugs, lantanna.
No Wavering Wednesday Review
Breakfast: bacon, beans & mushrooms. A garden chair chose to savage my thumb when I was folding it up last night (now I know how a mouse feels when it gets caught in a trap!), so I can’t use it very well, so I couldn’t work the can opener for the beans. I didn’t want bacon on its own (mushrooms were deceased), so I had banana, strawberries and raspberries instead.
Lunch: out with family- baked potato, hexa brie, bacon & hexb walnuts
Dinner: teriyaki salmon with salad & noodles (2 syns) – too painful to slice/chop, so had poached salmon, new potatoes and sugar snap peas
Snack: - did I mention I had a huge cream scone with strawberries after lunch? Oooops - but there was some SF there.
Supper: melon & Clementine, yogurt
Think First Thursday
Breakfast: hexb toast & hexa Philly light, banana
Lunch: Batchelor’s pasta ‘n’ sauce
Dinner: chicken kebabs, SW chips & dips (if I can chop – or get someone else to do that!)

Will have a look when I'm over there. Didn't realise they were free! We always buy some while we're there. Usually the Citron (lemon) one.

Checking in with a STS for this week Shala. Thanks so much for the chart.
I'm way behind on the thread so will just say: hugs to all who need one, well done to everyone who has had a good week and keep at it to anyone who didn't have a good week0 -

Good to see you back lush. I can see Musclefoods meat pack on Groupon today. Do you know how synful the meatballs and sausages are? The mince is 5% and everything else looks OK.
we love Musclefood! mince is free, a lot of the hache steaks are low syns but we don't get those. The chicken breasts are fab; we feed the three of us from one most of the time though you do get the odd smaller one (I cut those in to strips or cubes for other meals). Chicken sausages are 0.5 syn each (and big hearty sausages) according to the calculator I believe (via Syns Allowed Fb group), the turkey ones are more like 3.5 and the pork/beef ones closer to 7.5. not sure about the regular sized meatballs but the giant ones are 3 per 100g and I only have 3 of the regular size ones as they are so filling.
can anyone tell me the syns in aldi crisps? smoky bacon flavour and confirm that yorkie biscuits are about 7syns?
pretty sure I ended up over my syns as I got caught up in a rush cos of other stuff going off. And I still forgot to call the drs and have to do that tomorrow else ill run out of tablets on Monday!
Have been informed we may be moving in as little as 30days not the 6-8weeks we were told to expect...I've not even thought about how I'm best packing stuff. Dad brought me up a few boxes from his dialysis fluids today to use but no idea where to begin as a lot of stuff will go as it is (stuff we keep in the original boxes, stuff already in under bed boxes etc. I can feel some stressful times coming************************************
