:T on getting the 2lbs off meg.
I checked back and I think it may be next week lantanna's for op. if you're lurking.
Good to see you back lush. I can see Musclefoods meat pack on Groupon today. Do you know how synful the meatballs and sausages are? The mince is 5% and everything else looks OK.Had a sneaky weigh yesterday and looking as though I've put on 1.5lb so bang on target but would like to lose that before tomorrow's WI.
Today's a bit low on Speed but as going on holiday Friday so running down stores and don't really want to go shopping if I can avoid it!
Denise
I've decided not to go to WI tomorrow but go next week then I can have plenty of time to lose (anticipated;)) holiday gain before going again. I'm not off until 23rd but I need to be aware of buying in fresh stuff from this week's shop onwards really.
Did OK at carvery except for 4 roasties but wine syns were involved. On plan today and then tomorrow we're out for an afternoon tea for local mayor's charity. Not sure how it's going to work but definitely temptation.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: JP, cottage cheese, beetrootSW Bolognese
Syns: scrape of spread, Parmesan (hopefully not synned if I go easy on milk today).0 -
Lol thanks Maman, Shala and Meg!
Still here just had an epic catch up there loads and loads of pages!!! First time I've looked at the forum in ages!
Been so busy with work, we had an audit last two days so was getting ready for that and then doing it. Got shouted at last week by someone who wasn't even my manager last week for being late and I was already in an emotional enough state last week so not good really! Saturday I had a really bad puncture and that combined with feeling unwell was not a good combination! Lots of major family drama last week, black dog lurking and issues with a couple of friends. I'm totally run down and over sensitive and emotional at the minute! I thought I was going to have a panic attack with the flat tyre on Saturday and I don't know how many tears where shed last week overall. I do wonder if I am on the cusp of a nervous breakdown. A flat tyre was the straw that nearly broke the camels back.
Yes op is next tues!
In lots of pain and really tired most days and straight home to bed! Still at least I am on the countdown now and the end is in sight!
No idea what I weigh! I'll worry about it after the Op, I've a few days now in work to try and get everything tied up and relax a bit before going off.
Hope everyone is well!
Oh I had Pasta n Sauce last night, they haven't have changed - one of those packs would have done me twice now I dismayed as it wasn't even a particularly big portion for one! Don't know if anyone else has noticed! I only very rarely buy them but don't think I will bother again now!0 -
- 1/2lb at class this morning.
Maman - the meatballs are 3 syn each, the burgers are 1 syn and the chicken sausage are 1/2. The meat is fab quality and the chicken breasts are huge.
I have meal planned and shopped this morning so am now ready to have a good week.0 -
Thanks everyone for my SOTW congrats
Hopefully will be able to post more now that my exam is over and I'm not one big ball of stress! Just the awful waiting to see how I did now.
I've decided to change my WI day to Wednesday simply so I can have a treat meal with my OH that day. It's our only full day off together and it's torture if we go out for lunch and he's choosing yummy naughty things and I'm not. So my 1st WI on a Wed came out with a loss of 0.5lb and to be honest I'd expected a gain so very pleased with that.
Back on plan properly tomorrow, we just had a yummy pub lunch of burger and wedges not very SW friendly but ordered a big bowl of salad to go with it so can kid ourselves that it wasn't that bad reallyI'm ridiculously bloated now so lying down on the bed having a quiet hour to myself
Hope everyone's doing ok and enjoying the gorgeous sunshine0 -

Thanks for the info. At least I know if I get a pack I know what I'm getting. Quite a lot of syns for meatballs though, especially as you'd need several to make a meal. Just checked on meatballs on-line and that seems fairly average although did notice M&S were quite low syn especially a can in tomato sauce for 2 syns the whole can.
:T on getting a loss and you too candy. Fingers crossed for your exam results but forget that for now and enjoy your rest.:)0 -
The meatballs are huge. I don't eat them myself but the children do and even the teenagers only want 2 with their spaghetti.0

Sorry you are having such a hard time of it love, sure you will feel much better after the Op.
Re the pasta n Sauce yes I think they are smaller too, I usually add a handful of plain pasta and then it does two portions.Slimming World at target0 -
Quick question - does anyone know if the sugar-free coffee syrups are synned?
I've tried looking on the app but it doesn't bring any up.. thought they might be nice on magic pancakes or in quark to sweeten and flavour at the same time.
e.t.a. I found some by searching for "vanilla syrup".. it's 1 syn per shot, whatever quantity that is?!?!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
The new ones in asda are free. Caramel and vanilla flavours in small bottles £2 each. They are very strong but nice. I have mixed it into quark and it's yummy.0

Teisseire is the maker of the new coffee syrups that are syn free. I took a photo but don't know how to put it on.0
