sorry for the absence; holiday was nice but I struggled with food as I've been battling a cold/illness again :( Feel like I'm never quite right recently but doubt the doctor would say anymore than I'm 'run down' or something.

Weighed when we go back and it's looking like a small gain but I'm ok with that. I need a nurses appointment anyway so I may mention the being run down then...must make that tomorrow!

    today:
breakfast 2 slices of great white (heb +2) with jam (2)
lunch homemade leek and tattie soup, free mugshot, pink 'n' white mallow wafer (2.5)
tea pasta with spinach, 1/3rd shredded chicken breast, tomato and 2 mushrooms.
    HeA split milk and cheese
additional: breadstick (2?) ritz cracker (2)

    tomorrows plan:
breakfast: shake (mango, strawberry, banana, spinach, 200ml almond milk)
lunch: pasta salad - pasta, beetroot, pickled onion, shredded chicken, cucumber, tomato. light salad cream (2). pink and white (2.5) orange
tea: seriously need to start clearing the freezer now as we have put the fridge freezer on the for sale sites. it means me and wonder bairn having some random combos for the next couple of weeks but tomorrows plan is baked fish (I have one cod fillet and one tilapia) with rice, peas and sweetcorn (wonder bairn may get chips and some tomato sauce too)
I've no idea where to fit a HeB in but may take an oaty bar with me as a back up as I've a few meetings to drive between

Well done losers, b_e_g, Maisie and Saver-upper.
Special congrats to Candyapple, our SOTW.

Wish I’d read your post earlier, shala! I’ve already fallen by the wayside! DH bought me a HUGE bar of chocolate at the weekend (he was asked to get me a little one but the one he bought “was better value”. He bought another for himself, so didn’t want a share of mine. Anyway, the last 8 squares (12syns) are gone now, so no more temptation. I think I’ll have to go with ‘Stick to plan the-rest-of-Tuesday’ and then have ‘No Wavering on Wednesday’ now. I hope you have a much better day today.

    Tuesday Review

Didn't get to post last night after weigh in as laptop playing up but was very pleased to have lost the 2lb that I put on last week. Was very strict yesterday as I have a meal out tonight with DGS and his girlfriend and lunch out tomorrow, so can see it going back on again.

Well done Candyapple on being our SOTW.

Had a sneaky weigh yesterday and looking as though I've put on 1.5lb so bang on target but would like to lose that before tomorrow's WI.

Stuck to plan yesterday and had a few extra syns to those posted - a fruit split lolly (3) and a pink n white (2.5) so still well within syns.

Will be sticking to plan again today.

    B - bacon, egg, mushrooms
L - corned beef & salad sandwich (2 syns - allowing for 100g but doubt I'll need anywhere near that to fill a sandwich!)
    D - lemony pea & prawn risotto

Have got some strawberries & grapes to pick at if wanted.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - corned beef 2. Not sure if anything else but will stay within syns and hopefully not have more than 5 or 6 syns.

Today's a bit low on Speed but as going on holiday Friday so running down stores and don't really want to go shopping if I can avoid it!

:rotfl: I like willpower Wednesday Maisie and No Wavering on Wednesday GT...

Good to see you back Lush, sorry to hear you're feeling run down.

I've took the day off work today :j however, i'm surrounded with temptation by being home so lets see how it goes!

Dreading weigh in tomorrow as we've been on "holiday" for 2 weeks so haven't been weighed officially.. OH had a sneaky weigh last night and he'd put on 8lbs! I really hope mine's nothing near that..

I'm going to buy a countdown so that'll take me up to just before my Canada holiday - I can't believe it's only 15 weeks away and I've only lost 1 stone of the 3 I wanted :( however, we've vowed to go to the gym at least 3 times a week so that should tone me up a bit..

Hope everyone sticks to No Wavering/Willpower Wednesday! :D
