    And have breasts?

I'm a B/C cup and many tops, I have tried on seem to suck my tits in. Go for a bigger size, and the bottom half is baggy.

Saver - as you haven't had all your HEA you could use the cheese triangle as the rest of it rather than synning it:D

Haven't sorted out a full plan for today but so far it's looking like this:

B - strawberries & grapes - after WI (have decided I will WI so I can see how naughty I can be while I'm on holiday:rotfl:
L - couscous with veggies (from freezer) so not sure what veg in it but definitely onions, peppers & tomatoes
D - stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon; mash; broccoli & green beans (2 syns for soft cheese with garlic & herbs)

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - not decided yet but maybe some Ryvita and butter and/or soft cheese so some syns there as well.

Have done some prep this morning for food to take with us tomorrow including pastry for cornish pasty (:D; falafel mix so we've got some Free food to snack on. Will cook both this evening when I cook dinner to get full use of the oven.

Morning from a sunny eastern Scotland

Had a lovely 5 bean chilli last night and am suffering this morning :o

Got a big asda delivery coming today, only £1 delivery, bargain

I really like making a meal plan, I know I have the ingredients in I need and more likely to stay on plan.

I found a tin of Asda chickpea dhal at the back of the cupboard. Is it still syn free? I know some of them have syns.

I hope you're all plodding on. Eat the veggies people!

    Morning all :)

What's the theme going to be for today - how about 'Go For it Thursday'?

Willpower Wednesday was going well for me until we decided to have a cup of tea in M&S caf! and a millionaires shortcake managed to find it's way into my mouth. :o It's amazing how much willpower I've got in my own shop when I'm surrounded by temptation, but I can't resist it when I'm out.

Thanks for the chart Shala, and well done Candyapple for SOTW. :T
Have been informed we may be moving in as little as 30days not the 6-8weeks we were told to expect...I've not even thought about how I'm best packing stuff. Dad brought me up a few boxes from his dialysis fluids today to use but no idea where to begin as a lot of stuff will go as it is (stuff we keep in the original boxes, stuff already in under bed boxes etc. I can feel some stressful times coming

    but exciting too! :D

Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and my advice would be to use the move as an opportunity to de-clutter so you only move the things you need. I can imagine in your situation you'll probably still have plenty to move tho. If you have an Ikea near you they sell packing boxes that are pretty good and not expensive. They come flat in packs of 2.

I'm going to buy a countdown so that'll take me up to just before my Canada holiday - I can't believe it's only 15 weeks away and I've only lost 1 stone of the 3 I wanted :( however, we've vowed to go to the gym at least 3 times a week so that should tone me up a bit.

Good luck with your goal. I want to lose another 2 stone by the end of October and back in April I only needed to average 1lb a week but as I haven't managed to so far that's gone up. Going to the gym should make a big difference to you as you'll be doing something new.

Lantanna - sorry to hear of your troubles, take care of yourself. Good luck for next week.
    Think First Thursday ;)

Greentiger - just spotted that you've come up with a name for today as well, so how about a combination, Think First and Go For It Thursday? :D

    Have a good day everyone.

Shala I def really think going to the gym will help you!!! I am really missing it, hopefully 6 more weeks and I'll be back in it.

I solved the mystery of the shrinking Pasta and Sauce it was the mushroom and garlic one I had which is def only for one person / portion as it lists the calories etc for the whole packet on the front.

The others or the ones I looked at last night in Asda give the calories etc for half a pack so they must be meant for 2 portions

Yes I am this sad!! :rotfl:

Oh I braved the scales yesterday - had to be done Minus 1 for me please Shala

I'm pleased. Really don't want to gain anymore.

I'm really excited today about this operation and seeing the back of this thing and getting back to normal living : )

Colleagues telling me this morning that they can tell I've lost weight and that I'm doing really well. It hasn't been that much compared to a lot of people (lost 1 stone 6.5lb since starting in Jan so quite slow really ) but I'm only 4'8 so I think it looks like a bigger effect being so small. That'll put me in a good mood for the day! Fingers crossed for a good loss Saturday ,I've stuck to plan all week so far and plan to continue!

I could hardly get out of bed this morning due to putting in 4 hours weeding, sorting and repotting plants in the park yesterday. My back is killing me, still look on the bright side I think this voluntary work will save me my gym fees, since I rarely go anyway, and its certainly enough body magic for me lol.
