Meg, your meals look lovely!! looooove pita pizzas.. ;D

Swiper as Meg said, don't beat yourself up. It'll come off again.. people are so inconsiderate aren't they, so sorry your holiday didn't go to plan but i hope you enjoyed your first night sleep back in your own bed!

    Good loss JPScloud.. :T:T

I had a bit of a row at work earlier so I've been stress eating.. :( I've added it all into myfitnesspal just to check and it's still only come to 1500 calories, so although over on syns, it's not that much over on calories (i know we don't count calories but...)

Annoyed that I've let someone get to me that much that it's ruined my day...

Off to strip the beds to try and burn off some of those extra calories :j:j:j

Awwww sorry you are stressed but had to smile at stripping the beds. I always do something like that when I get stressed, had a stressful few words with my Brother this week and decided to get the steamer out and do the windows inside and out, mow the lawn and tidy a wardrobe, was absolutely knackered after but at least it kept me out of the kitchen and temptation :rotfl:

Sorry to hear that some of you are having a hard time.....I've been through it all and you do get there eventually, just have to take it easy when you need to!
Today's menu reads much the same as any other day:
Breakfast: weetabix minis, fruit and ff Greek yoghurt (HEB) skinny latte (HEA)
    Lunch: muller light and fruit
Dinner: SW chicken curry and cauliflower rice and broccoli
Snacks: carrot batons, Yorkie button(2.5syns), yoo moo frozen yoghurt lolly(3.5syns), mini jelly babies(4syns)
I'll probably have some melon before going to bed
Quite please with myself as we did an 8 mile walk yesterday and another 3 miles after work today. Would really like a loss at weigh in on Wednesday and there's really no reason why I shouldn't apart from it being THAT week!

Silver lining in everything isn't there :D

It's horrible having words with people, you can't help it at the time but I always come away feeling really guilty and awful :( I should be more professional at work but sometimes it's soooo hard... I may have a call from HR in the morning

At least I have a fresh bed and fresh pj's to get into..

Better day tomorrow for me and you, Greentiger?? I'm counting on you ;) if you can do it, I can too.. And Maisie and was it Matron too? Let's have "stick to plan Tuesday" it's not the catchiest of names but it works :rotfl:

Lantanna - hope you're still about and not in too much pain, was thinking of you earlier x

big hugs to the rest of you xx

shala_moo,very pleased to report a loss of -2.5 lb today.Very happy with that :j.I have to add it up properly, but I think that is nearly a stone lost since I started doing SW on 5th of May.I don't know where my sweet tooth has gone, but I am not really looking for it :rotfl::rotfl:.

I have 2 days off now. They will be busy, but In all of it,I really must go grocery shopping-no fruit, veg, meat, eggs in the house.

    Today's menu:
    Brekky: Muller -light with strawberries

Snack/lunch: a few slices of ham, handful of strawberries

Tea: pasta with tomato and chilli sauce (from a jar,6 syns),creme fraiche (3 syns)peas and corn
meringue (3 syns) with creme fraiche (4.5 syns)

Snacks: 2 Alpen bars (HEB),2 Go Ahead bars (7 syns)

Shouldn't have had the Go Ahead bars-those syns snuck up quickly tonight :o

Sorry you had a bad day Shala - clean bedding always makes me feel happy so hopefully you had a good nights sleep.

I am up for a stick to plan Tuesday. I did well yesterday and managed the day without succumbing to temptation. WI tonight so I am looking at yesterday and today as practice runs for a really good week this week, but one day at a time.

    Today's plan
    Breakfast:
    snack: satsuma
Lunch: Cripsbread, cream cheese, cucumber and cherry toms, yoghurt and forest fruits
dinner: SW sausages, new potatoes and some frozen speed veg (late as I have WI tonight)

Saver-upper - don't worry about the extra syns - it happens. Just try to keep your syns low for a couple of days. Lots of us, me included, count syns over the week, although that's not happening this week as had far too many syns at the weekend - loads of cake on Sunday didn't help, LOL!

Well done all the losers and hugs to those struggling to stick to plan.

Yesterday started off on plan and was doing well until DH opened a bottle of vino for dinner! So a couple of glasses later and I was over on syns again. Will definitely stick to plan today!!!

    Another EE day today:

B - scrambled eggs on toast; strawberries; grapes
L - tuna salad; 0.5 syn for Tbs of LTL mayo
    D - cannelloni from May magazine - 3 syns

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread
    Syns - 3.5 as above

    morning all :D

Stick to plan Tuesday has started :j:j

I have my spa music to listen to today to keep me calm and a plan to follow, lets see how it goes!

    EE
B - banana, yogurt, alpen light (heb)
L - rice, LM sausage, roast veg, soy sauce
    T - SW lasagne, salad
S - crisps (2.5) apple, satsuma, milk (hea)

I've bought minion crisps with me today - they're only 2.5 syns a bag so if i have more than one bag i won't be wasting 9 syns again like i did yesterday :o

Denise, maman, i know you both bank your syns but how do you keep track please? I always find i forget how many i've used - do you write it down or have really good memories?
