Meg, your meals look lovely!! looooove pita pizzas.. ;D
Swiper as Meg said, don't beat yourself up. It'll come off again.. people are so inconsiderate aren't they, so sorry your holiday didn't go to plan but i hope you enjoyed your first night sleep back in your own bed!
Good loss JPScloud.. :T:T
I had a bit of a row at work earlier so I've been stress eating..I've added it all into myfitnesspal just to check and it's still only come to 1500 calories, so although over on syns, it's not that much over on calories (i know we don't count calories but...)
Annoyed that I've let someone get to me that much that it's ruined my day...
Off to strip the beds to try and burn off some of those extra calories :j:j:jMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Awwww sorry you are stressed but had to smile at stripping the beds. I always do something like that when I get stressed, had a stressful few words with my Brother this week and decided to get the steamer out and do the windows inside and out, mow the lawn and tidy a wardrobe, was absolutely knackered after but at least it kept me out of the kitchen and temptation :rotfl:Slimming World at target0 -

Sorry you had a bad day Shala - clean bedding always makes me feel happy so hopefully you had a good nights sleep.
I am up for a stick to plan Tuesday. I did well yesterday and managed the day without succumbing to temptation. WI tonight so I am looking at yesterday and today as practice runs for a really good week this week, but one day at a time.
Today's plan
Breakfast:
snack: satsuma
Lunch: Cripsbread, cream cheese, cucumber and cherry toms, yoghurt and forest fruits
dinner: SW sausages, new potatoes and some frozen speed veg (late as I have WI tonight)0 -
Saver-upper - don't worry about the extra syns - it happens. Just try to keep your syns low for a couple of days. Lots of us, me included, count syns over the week, although that's not happening this week as had far too many syns at the weekend - loads of cake on Sunday didn't help, LOL!
Well done all the losers and hugs to those struggling to stick to plan.
Yesterday started off on plan and was doing well until DH opened a bottle of vino for dinner! So a couple of glasses later and I was over on syns again. Will definitely stick to plan today!!!
Another EE day today:
B - scrambled eggs on toast; strawberries; grapes
L - tuna salad; 0.5 syn for Tbs of LTL mayo
D - cannelloni from May magazine - 3 syns
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread
Syns - 3.5 as above

morning all
Stick to plan Tuesday has started :j:j
I have my spa music to listen to today to keep me calm and a plan to follow, lets see how it goes!
EE
B - banana, yogurt, alpen light (heb)
L - rice, LM sausage, roast veg, soy sauce
T - SW lasagne, salad
S - crisps (2.5) apple, satsuma, milk (hea)
I've bought minion crisps with me today - they're only 2.5 syns a bag so if i have more than one bag i won't be wasting 9 syns again like i did yesterday
Denise, maman, i know you both bank your syns but how do you keep track please? I always find i forget how many i've used - do you write it down or have really good memories?Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
