Breakfast - eggs, turkey rashers, baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms
Lunch - Aldi Cucina Risotto Rice with Mushrooms & Garlic (4), fruit and sf yog
Dinner - SW Spaghetti Carbonara (1) with salad. Strawberries and ff Greek Yoghurt.
No idea what HEA and HEB will be.

Finally decided what I'm eating today!
It'll be another EE day:
B - fruit & yoghurt (2.5 syns)
L - beef kofta (from freezer); couscous with chopped veg stirred through
D - fish pie with white fish, smoked haddock, salmon & prawns; green beans (3 syns for 1/3 pack cheese sauce)
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - may have some toast later or some Ryvitas

There was a thread about it on one of the boards so they are aware of it days ago and it's across the whole site..

I tend to just press refresh when the "timed out" message comes up and it seems to post ok after. I just copy the message first just in case by highlighting it all and then pressing Ctrl CMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
