My tip is if you want to type a long post because of the server timed out lark, copy it before posting. So if it does fail and isn't there typed up when you press back, you have it there to paste. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. This is getting beyond a joke. Doing cut and paste from Word as fed up of messages disappearing when 'timed out' happens. I had an off plan meal (fish and chips) yesterday.
Out at lunchtime today but made do with a pot of tea and ate (JP & cottage cheese) when I get home. The more I eat out the more I realise how much restaurants, cafes and pubs contribute to the obesity problem. Almost all so called 'light meals' seem to involve bread or pastry. I think what got to me today was that as the sun was shining there was far too much flesh on show that should have been hidden.
Baked cod, SW chips and cauli cheese this evening so still some syns but better than yesterday although I did eat a whole melon yesterday evening.
I'm like you denise, trying to cling to bottom end of range before going away on 23rd.
Congratulations to all losers. Hope the forum gets sorted very soon and we can get back to normal.

Late posting on WI day, I've had so much on today but pleased to report a loss of 3.5lbs :j very happy with that especially after my awful bingey week last week. I stayed on plan and packed in the speed food and I'm so glad its paid off. That's 2 stone I never hope to see againWell done to all losers, SOTW and STSers. :T
Should be able to start posting regularly again from next week once my evil exam is done with. It'll be nice to have my life back and actually get outside now that the weather's warming up.
Hope everyone is well0 -
