B - HEA skimmed milk HEB - 1.5 Choc Weetabix. 2 syns to make it 2 cw. Banana and apple
L - Ham salad with WW yoghurt and grapes
Snack - ML yoghurt and satsumas
D - Sainsburys TTD chunky breaded cod loin (8syns). Courgette, carrots, green beans, JR potatoes and salad. Strawberries and ff Greek yoghurt. Wine (5syns)
I still have several things in my freezer which are highish in syns like supermarket premiums sausages which are 4.5-5.5 syns a sausage. Have 3 packs left. So 9 meals. Plus the odd chicken kiev and 2-3 other things. I am not binning them As I am against throwing food unless it's mouldy. I hardly throw any food away. Stats say between a quarter to a third of food is binned which is still edible. Makes you wonder how much food another family throws away to bring the average up with me.

I think I fancied that film Lois but I can't see it being DH's cup of tea and I think I might be pushing my luck taking him and getting him to use his cinema giftcard he got for his birthday. What do you think :rotfl:

Firstly, save the giftcard and get Meerkat Movies - a very simple and cheap way to get half price movies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for a whole year. Its :money: and very easy to do - here's a link.
Secondly, the film is essentially a rom-com, and I'm lucky because they are DH's guilty pleasure. Having said that, it's not slushy or all hearts and flowers, its more comedy than romance and very enjoyable for both sexes in my opinion.
Thirdly, if you can't persuade DH, take your Mum or another woman, but definitely go and see it.

Morning all
Forum is still playing up, I've been trying to post for ages and only managed to get one to appear!
Wizkid - so sorry to hear about your friend.
Beanie - well done for the award. Having worked for charities myself, I know how important volunteers are, so good for you.
Lantanna - hope that dog doesn't plan to stay long.
Saver-upper - success! Brilliant news.
Scarletmarble - this recipe is a great way to have those high syn sausages but in smaller amounts - 2 sausages per person is ample. It states 500g of pasta, but 250g is plenty. It keeps well and is good cold too.
Have a good day everyone. I'm off to hang out some washing and put spag bol in the slow cooker.
