Really hope so greentiger
Syns for today so far have been - M&S Toffee Meringue with Fresh Cream nom nom (7 syns) - would have liked to have savoured it but .... it collapsed into bits and I had to shove it all it - you get the picture. Serves me right I suppose :rotfl:
Still have a half HEa left so going to have it as cheese mixed with one slice of corned beef (out of pack) (1syn) and put on a couple of ryvita (HXb) and grill it for supper. Might add some spring onion and tomato (just in case maman is reading). That might just leave enough for a teeny weeny bit of choccie too
Might start looking at doing some Body Magic Awards - is it bad that I have been doing this for over a year now and still haven't achieved my bronze award. Not a total couch potato really it's just that I don't think about writing stuff down.

Checking in with a -1lb for this week. Thank you for the chart Shala
Sending hugs to Lantanna & Wizkid
Congrats to Beanie on the award & Saver-Upper for being SOTH :j0 -
Just let me know how much your target weight loss is up to week ending 28th June and i'll pop you on.. then all you need to do is post your results each week and i'll collect them and put them on there too..
Thank you so much! I have a holiday at the start of July so I'm going to be adventurous and go for 3lb per week. I don't think I have any chance of meeting that target but it does no harm to aim high.
Reading all the posts is helpful.24.06.14 12 st 12 lb (waist 45" at fattest part of belly)

Just done a huge rambling post, was just about to post, and it disappeared .Can't redo it all now, time for bed,but need to say thank you shala_moo for the chart.Very excited at being SOTW.I am just feeling right in the zone a the moment,so am very lucky.
Menu today :
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast, scrape of Flora Light (less than 1 syn),marmite,a peach
Snack: mandarin and apple
Lunch was a grab-and-go affair: handful of cherry tomatoes, handful of mange tout, couple of slices of ham,ML coconut yoghurt (1/2 syn)
Tea: roast lamb with OXO potatoes (made them for the first time,)delicious.Never going to roast potatoes in oil again.Best part= kids didn't notice the difference.Next best part: syn free. Also on the plate was carrot, corn, peas (both from frozen),and, just to give the kids something to complain about, sweetheart cabbage :rotfl::rotfl:.Well,blow me down-they all loved it.When I say all,THREE of them loved it,which makes it a winner around here.Son thought it was ok-marginally better than peas (which he also complains about, but eats),but not as nice as chocolate :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.Little Miss Don't Make Me Eat........... absolutely wolfed it down .I am still not sure why she didin't poke it and prod it and eye it suspiciously like she normally does .
Syns for that meal were in a little gravy (measured the powder but haven;t done the maths yet,but not many syns),and a couple of tabs of mint sauceSPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

wizkid1 sorry for your loss.
saverupper congrats on being SOTW.
Shala 1lb loss for me this week.
I have been missing the SW motivation for the past few months and just haven't been able to get into the groove. There are people at my class who joined a month or two after me and have lost loads (some even got to target) and I am still playing around with the same half stone I lost in January - grrrrr. I know I have no-one to blame but myself but I have been making a concious effort this week to reread all my SW magazines for inspiration and some new recipe ideas.
So with renewed vigour here I go again. In a lot of ways I am mentally thinking that I am starting from scratch so will write everything down on here and keep me accountable. Fingers crossed I get in the groove this time:o
today:
Breakfast: Toast (HEB + 3 syns as I had three slices) and 3 tsp fruit shoot jam (1.5 syns)
Lunch: Pasta salad (pasta, peppers, cucumber, spring onions, tomatoes, chicken, tbsp mayo (1 syn), ff yoghurt, lemon juice and black pepper)
Dinner : Shepherds pie (contains onion, carrots and peas) mine will have a carrot and swede topping with just a little dollop of mash on the side (4 syns for milk and butter)
snacks: fruits of the forest and ML yoghurt, 3 x mini babybel or some cheddar (for HEA)
syns: 9.50
