You need to be a member of FB to use it. Then type syns allowed and its the first result. As its a closed group, you need to request to join. I got the acceptance an hour afterwards

It isn't the first result on mine as I follow other slimming world pages so it just keeps bringing them up as they have the word "syn" on them.

Has anyone seen the new range that SW are releasing on the 10th June? It's all over Instagram.. Burgers, chicken sausages, Thai chicken burgers. Wonder if we'll get more vouchers ;)

E.t.a. According to the website we're getting more vouchers - 2 meals for £5..
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

selement attempts to have a better week:

Saturday - Bacon egg and mushroom sandwich (HEB, 2syns), Fakeaways recipes - tried the tikka masala which we enjoyed. Saag aloo to go with it, I've made this a few times and we love the saag aloo recipe! Served with rice. Probably not speedy enough. Tried to snack on some cherry tomatoes. Ate 3 poppadoms with it (7.5 syns). I can't remember now, I may have also had a chocolate snack a jack (3 syns).

Sunday - Bacon, eggy bread, mushrooms, baked beans, 2 sainsburys be good to yourself sausages (2 syns, HEB), dinner round moms and had lamb roast dinner with roast potatoes mash, veg and gravy. Between this and their lack of sweetener I'm going to call it the other 13 syns. At least dessert was mixed fruit :)

Monday - chicken sandwich (2syns HEB), muller greek style yogurt (0.5syn), orange, cherry tomatoes, french fries (4.5syns). Leftover fakeaway for dinner, again with 3 poppadoms (7.5 syns).

Could do with using up less syns as I know I have a meal out Friday. I prefer hula hoops pufts to french fries lately (and cost a syn less) but sadly morrisons didn't have them last time we looked :(

Plan for tomorrow - probably a very similar lunch. Dinner I believe we're having cod, veg and possibly sw chips so it may even be syn free, I'll probably treat myself to a curly wurly for pudding but I might try not to in light of saving some syns. Will try to make myself some breakfast bites for the week.
Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)

Can't believe the wind this morning - was being blown all over the place driving back from dropping off DH at work. Had planned on going shopping this morning but DH has just phoned and said leave it until this afternoon and we'll go after I pick him up after work.

Don't need a lot of stuff but definitely need some more fruit - just have a few strawberries left.

    Having a Green day today:

    B - mushrooms on toast
L - Egg, fried up LO potatoes, baked beans
D - cauliflower cheese; SW chips

HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
HEA2 - milk for cheese sauce
    HEB1 - cheese for sauce
    HEB2 - bread for toast

Syns: cornflour 1; butter 2. Not sure if I'll have anything else but got a few options if I need something.
