Hi all, can you put me down for STS again this week please Shala.

I'm not going to group this week as I was away last weekend and have been way off plan!!! I really enjoyed it but I'm back on it today and feeling positive.

Well done all the losers and everyone else.

I'm looking forward to this nice weather that's supposed to be coming from tomorrow!!

Was at an awards evening to receive an award.
Fab buffet & the most amazing tablet
Had a couple of glasses of wine as well as they were bought for me
So may not have a loss this week but I am not eating nearly as much crap so I am pleased with that.

Good plan bellkat, another week should undo the damage and get a loss.

Looks like a good menu for today scarlett marble and so much easier for you coming home to a meal. I generally dice some carrots into a chilli (it all helps;)) and the red beans.

I was positively angelic yesterday, the only syn that passed my lips was a scrape of mustard in a ham sandwich I fancied. Hoping to be equally good today as I'm out for lunch tomorrow.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, kippers, HEB bread, HEA milk for teas
L: ham, potatoes, mushrooms, spring onions (and anything else I can find!)
D: sausage, fried onions, swede & carrot mash, cabbage, peas
    Syns: scrape of spread, gravy

    Try again!

Hiya - just back from the cinema where we saw Man Up. It's a great film, I'd recommend everyone go and see it. It had me laughing, dancing in my seat, singing and crying, all in the space of 90 minutes!

Beanie - you can't drop a tasty little nugget like that without telling us about the award, tell us more!

Dh is preparing dinner tonight, leftover roast chicken leg with cold new potatoes and salad. I'm going to use a few syns for olives and a bit of salad cream.

    Have a lovely evening.

    LL :)
