I will be relived from some of my 'running around after my DS' duties soon, so will start posting meal plans then as I've not been on plan at all and some days don't eat anything until about 6pm.Illegitimi non carborundumQuot Libra, Quam Breve TempusSPC NUMBER 025

Hi all
well done teachall
Lois thanks for the sausage recipie looks tasty and I might try that next week as I have some sausages in the freezer and am looking for new things to make.
Today's menu looks like this:
Breakfast: toast and jam (HEB and 1 syn jam), nectarine
snack plums
lunch: ryvita (syns 6 as had HEB - not great planning!!!), cream cheese (HeA) and salmon, cucumber and carrot sticks, forest fruits and ML yoghurt
Dinner: Easy chicken curry with rice and broccoli
supper - will have some fruit if I am hungry.
Syns for day: 7
Not a great plan today as I was working late last night and did not really organise myself for today but I will get by. Have loads of speed fruits in so can snack on them if I feel I need anything.0 -
Just a short post with my plan for today as WI this morning so back later.
B: strawberries & grapes after WI
L: ham salad sandwich; scrape of mayo instead of spread (0.5)2 butchers SW sausages (1 syn); potatoes, cauli & brussels. Not sure what potatoes yet could be new potatoes or mash depending on what DH fancies. If it's new pots then 2 syns for butter!
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread
Syns - as above - 1.5 or 3.5; may also have a fruit split lolly or a pink n white (3 or 2.5 respectively)

Morning.. shouldn't they have fixed the site problems by now - i can't imagine they aren't aware of it! it's annoying..
Hope everyone is ok this morning and has the lovely glorious weather we seem to have in the midlands!
Not going to class for weigh in tonight but I will weigh at home.. hoping to have lost at least half of what i put on last week
OH and i had a discussion last night about joining a gym/swimming pool, so we're off to have a club tour at some point either today or the weekend  i hate exercise but i know i need to do it.. i like swimming though so i'm hoping to use the pool more than the gym itself. Maybe fit in some pilates/yoga classes when i'm a bit braver.
Got to tone up my back fat :rotfl:

Here's a link to the Slimming World Recipe thread
where you'll find the sausage ragout recipe and lots of other SW friendly recipes. You will notice quite a few references to Red and Green plans, which won't be relevant if you're following the EE plan, and syn values may have changed since the recipes were posted, so some caution is required.

Morning all,
Done meal plan and online shop so I know what's what this coming week.
B: fruit (was very busy and not hungry)
L: left over bolognese sauce with wedges (strange combo but needed to use up potatoes)
T: Heck chicken sausages (synned) cabbage, carrots, Jersey potatoes
Not sure about HE's and syns yet
Have a great SW day0 -
Typed a long post earlier but got timed out! Thought they'd have sorted this by now.
Had a STS this morning - OK with that as went to buffet on Saturday evening with no SW friendly food apart from a few lettuce leaves & cherry toms, LOL! Definitely not enough for a meal. No idea how many syns I had as didn't count.
I'm 1.5lb from bottom end of target. Depending on how things go this week I may not WI next week prior to my holiday. That means I've got 4.5lb to "play" with between now and 25th.
