Please don't quote me Scarlett, but I think consultants can use discretion if you are off due to hospital op and the like. It might be worth having a word with your consultant.

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs & hexb toast – OH had eaten all the bread so I had scrambled eggs & baked beans, followed by kiwi fruit
Lunch: Batchelor’s Pasta ‘n’ Sauce cheese & broccoli, beetroot & tomatoes, half hexb toast, yogurt (Shape 0% fat strawberry yogurt), [STRIKE]fruit[/STRIKE]
Dinner: Philadelphia fish pie (used up hexa in this), veg (tons of tomatoes, lettuce, spring onions, cucumber, red pepper), an orange
Snacks: Shortbread finger (5 syns), half hexb toast with jam (1 syn)

Another 1 1/2 lb loss for me this week. Over the moon about that as I've not eaten properly at all, but on the other hand over the last 3 days I've been running up and down stairs all day caring for my DS who is now home :j I don't have stairs at home so my legs are getting a good deal of exercise.
