Ha ha, Scarlett....I admit I took my watch off. But to be fair, I took it off last week too! Otherwise, I've been wearing exactly the same clothes each week.....I'm sure the other members must think I've got no other clothes!!!0

Much better dinner tonight saverupper. It's surprising how you can pack veg into Bolognese. I put in cubed carrots as well as peppers, mushrooms and onions and tonight I put in courgette for good measure! If you want any recipes just ask. What sort of things do your children enjoy?0 -
Hello, I floated off for a while as I got busy with my new job but SW is a way of life for me now and so I'm pleased to say I have lost since I was last here
I've been eating lots of baked potatoes for lunch.
I've cut out boozy Mondays and eating out mid week.
I've also started couch to 5k (just week one though!)
Good luck everyone.

Well done to CandyApple & djenks for SOTW! But sorry to hear you've been disappointed by a gain this week, djenks.
Well done to all this week's losers, Maman, Teallach and anyone I've missed. Thanks so much for the chart Shala, good to hear you enjoyed your break!
:jMassive congratulations Jock on getting to target, sounds like completely the right thing for you to do!
I'm pleased to report a -1.5lb loss this morning.
We're having a new kitchen put in this week (yay!) but food is a bit of a pain. I did make a big veggie chilli over the weekend, so am microwaving lots of that. Ended up having cereal for breakfast and lunch yesterday but it doesn't seem to have hurt me on the scales thankfully.
I've got my exam today (1st time I've sat one in about 20 years...) and should be doing my last minute revision about now... I will be glad when it's all over.
Have a great day everyone!0 -
I wear a different top and the same trousers. I have some smaller sized trousers of a similar weight when these decide to fall off. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Well done to all the losers and to our joint SOTW!
Tellach - I think most people wear the same clothes every week - I certainly do - but I don't think anyone would think you hadn't got anything else to wear, LOL!
It's that time of the week again and having had a sneaky peak on my scales it's looking like lb gain but definitely better than it was looking on Monday when I got back from my weekend away in the motorhome (was looking to be about 4lb!). Have reined it in a bit during the week but not as much as I really needed to - don't think it helped that DH opened a bottle of wine last night!!!
Another EE day today:
B - grapes & strawberries - after WI
L - 1/2 pack of SW chicken tikka with slice of WM bread (0.5 HEB)
D - liver, bacon, mash, onions
S - 2 Ryvita (0.5 HEB); butter 4
Back later with result of WI!

Saver-upper wrote: »I am not sure if this helps,or is the same one, etc, but Tesco 1/2 moon lemon cake (6 portions),each portion is 12.5 syns .Yum yum-love lemon cake.
Thanks for that Saver-upper - I've underestimated it then, but that's ok, I didn't have any other syns yesterday so 15 syns for a 1/4 is ok. It was nice, but could be more lemony.Tea:...Drumrolllllll please...........I home-made a bolognaise!! I have never done this before .It was lov-er-ly!So,tea was spaghetti with bolognaise containing: bacon(!),garlic, onion, fresh chilli, red pepper, passata, stock and spices, and I even hid lots of mushrooms from myself in it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Well done! I hide mushrooms from myself too, but I am gradually acquiring a taste for them and can tolerate larger pieces now than I used to in casseroles and spag bol. I still don't like them fried though.
Pleased you're winning the battle with the six year old too - love your description of her... :rotfl:

I'm ok with this its not a gain, hoping it will be a loss next week as have been good this week.
I have news ! Op is on the 16th of June :T
I have a nice afternoon out at a friends Award Ceremony tomorrow afternoon there will be Champagne and a Buffet. Typical I get invited to a buffet when I can't eat it :rotfl:
Still I will have a big Gallbladder friendly lunch at home before I go Baked Spud or something like that
I'm just glad to be getting out to something.:rotfl:
