Refresher sweets?? Is that for the wind lol???

I love Jelly Babies, especially the black ones

Is this a time sweeties are permitted?

I had raspberries and chicken this morning and feel awful, think I'm just to the stage now everything bothers it

It hurt yesterday to drive round roundabouts so today I have declared no more work driving until after the operation. I am fortunate in that my work are being very supportive and I've announced I'm taking tomorrow off to rest also :rotfl:before I go to the awards thing.

I have news ! Op is on the 16th of June :T

That's great news, delighted for you. Have a lovely time tomorrow. Maybe there'll be something you can nibble at.:A

 good to see you mildredd. Hope all OK with you and yours.

Plans for a good EE day here.

B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: LO lamb hotpot (minus lamb)
D: chicken casserole (celery, leeks, carrots, onions, mushrooms, butter beans) with new potatoes and cabbage
Syns: scrape of spread, cornflour in casserole

I have been eating a bit of 70% chocolate of an evening lately. Generally I have a small piece but last night DH complained I'd taken the biggest 'half' of the 25g bar. He's managed well without biscuits and cakes this week so it'll all help.;)

    OMG! OMG!

My first weigh in.... 6lb loss! The most I've lost in a week at WW was 4 or 4.5lb.

I think the reason behind WW didn't work for me in the end - was the fact everything (apart from f&v) needed to be weighed, transferred to points. Grains, pulses and pasta were the worst. They said a portion of dried spaghetti should be the size of a 5p coin. I needed 10p coin sized portions (ironically the same size as the old 5p).

Only need to weigh your HEA and HEB, plus the odd syn food.

    Well done Fab:T

Mildredd, I bought a fruit yo yo bar yesterday coz I was dying for some sweets think they are 2.5 syns and it was very sweet but hit the spot!!

Maman Oh I'm sure I'll find something, there is always fruit at a buffet and worst case scenario I can pick chicken out of sandwiches lol I'm sure. I'm looking forward to getting out, got myself a maxi dress to hide all the bloat and have my date for the op so the relief is amazing, now is I could just get the sun to shine tomorrow lol

There is no sign of summer at all here, we have rain most days and my spring clothes haven't even come out yet coz its wet, cold and miserable all the time!

Is this like when meg had the blueberries and fish? No wonder is made you poorly _pale_ :rotfl:

Hi Mildredd  hope you're keeping well...

Thats a brillaint loss Scarlet :T:T well done!

I decided to get straight back to it today rather than have another day off plan :D i've managed it so far but i know there's a bakewell tart sat at home waiting  unless we've had a friendly badger come visiting http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3100526/Exceedingly-clever-badger-Hilarious-moment-nocturnal-creature-slipped-cat-flap-opened-fridge-ate-BAKEWELL-TART.html

So menu for today is green
    B - special K bar (heb) banana
L - loaded jacket skins, salad
T - BNS lasagne, salad (hea for cheese)
    S - crisps(4) milk (hea) apple, 2 fruit pastilles (?)

Still got a heb left so i can concoct some sort of pudding instead of the bakewell if needed..

    xx

I was with ww when I had my ops. One for an eye and two for my gallbladder. Second one was to remove the duct.

I never fully stick to the plan as I was recovering and lacked the patience to cook much.

Your leader will understand and perhaps if you have any holidays left, use one or two holidays

So pleased you have a date lantanna and that you aren't having to wait too long for it. Enjoy your outing. Popped out this morning, taking a slightly scenic route to Mum's (little bit of BM and all that :p) and had a long sleeved jumper on and it was blooming freezing - wouldn't think June is just around the corner. Had been tempted to wash my thick snuggly dressing gown and move into a middleweight one, but decided against this for another couple of weeks :rotfl:

Well done on fab loss Scarlett and to all other losers. :T:j:T:j

Hi there Mildredd hope you and yours are ok :hello:

Had fishsticks, huge salad and large mixed fruit salad and yoghurt for lunch. Dinner tonight is chicken with ginger ale and veggies and might give the cauliflower rice thingy a go. Need easy meal as I believe we are starting to decorate this afternoon

Welcome aboard angel and lovely to see you popping back in hostie :hello:

Really should be getting my bum off sofa and hanging washing out whilst I can manage to get access to kitchen before paint pots are brought out.

    Ninth Anniversary
    Hi everyone

1.5lb loss for me this week. Miracles must exist as I've binged something rotten this week, including 1 day where I counted 50 syns afterwards  Lots going on at home and it's affected my eating habits badly but hopefully I'm back on track now. Not far off my 2 stone award which I still can't quite believe :D And I've just scrolled back and saw I'm joint SOTW so thanks everyone and well done djenks :T

I've cancelled my SW online membership now and going it alone at home. The only thing I'll really miss from the website is the syn calculator but I don't really use it that often and it seems daft spending £20 a month just incase I need to use it. Might put the money to one side though and spend it on something nice later in the year.

    Hope everyone is well
    :)
