Oh, Meg, I think I might disappoint you; it’s Shape rhubarb crumble yogurt - but it is very tasty.
Good for you, SallyC and maman.
Congrats on being SOTWs, Candyapple and Djenks.
Thanks again for the lovely chart, shala. Sorry I’m so distracted that I’m detracting rather than subtracting and contracting.
Wednesday Review
Breakfast: assorted fruits – banana & apple
Lunch: out with husbandI will try to be careful - turned out to be 2 courses, as I thought!
Warm ham hock, cauliflower piccalilli, broadbean & pea shoot salad, followed by handmade burger, pickled cucumber sauce, melted Gruyere, smoked bacon on a brioche bun and served with handcut chips.
Verdict: It was all yummy! But SW verdict? I think the starter was a good SW choice. As for my main course - burger meat was very meaty, the bacon had no fat, I think the cheese could count as part of hexa. I ate about three quarters of the bun and gave half of my portion of chips to DH. The chips def had some oil, but had an oven cooked flavour and appearance. Overall – well outside today’s syns I’m sure.
Dinner (working on principle that I’ll have indulged at lunch time) : baked potato, tuna xl mayo (1 syn), mixed salad Absolutely nothing eaten at all – much too stuffed! Just going to sip a can of coke now.
Supper will be hexb toast spread with 1 laughing cow light triangle.
I’m counting all syns saved plus today’s as used up.
Thursday
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs & hexb toast
Lunch: Batchelor’s Pasta ‘n’ Sauce cheese & broccoli, beetroot & tomatoes, yogurt, fruit
Dinner: Philadelphia fish pie, veg
Snacks (choose from):
hexa cheese & fruit
tomato & basil soup (1½ syns)
Special K crisps (4½ syns)
Shortbread finger (5 syns)

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Candyapple and Djenks :T
Have a lovely time Lush, the activities sound great.
Your lunch sounds lovely Greentiger - such willpower not to eat everything on the plate.
Today's synful treat is going to be a slice of lemon cake - I've looked it up but can only find similar things in the directory so I'm going to have 1/4 and count 10 syns for it. If anyone wants to look it up for me it's a Dan Cake lemon half moon with icing.
Have a lovely evening, back tomorrow.

I love to join the chart, but I have no real target in mind for four weeks as I don't want know what to expect as initially, you lose more in your first 2-3 weeks. I think it took me 5 weeks to lose my first stone with ww.
Just want to be a size 12.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Evening all
It's about 12 days until I go away, Maman. I can definitely tell a difference since I've been back on plan and even though I can't excercise the food seems to be helping. Even though I've been back on plan for about a week now I'm still badly craving rubbish  can just see me losing the plot when we go away and eating crap the whole week- not good as my graduation is the week after  but as I said last time I'm not going away to drink water and pick at a plain salad the whole week! We're going to a working cyder farm and sadly I can't sample the produce but I can happily sample the cream teas they sell along with the jam and my huge weakness- apple Juice! And I fully intend to
Today's menu plan:
B: HEXB Weetabix, 2 x bananas, NAS Ribena
Snack: HiFi bar (3 syns)
Lunch: Weight Watchers chicken pie (4 syns) big mixed salad, apple, NAS Ribena
T: Mushy pea curry, steamed mixed veg, raspberries, fat free fromage frais and 2 x Muller Greek Yoghurts (1 syn) NAS Ribena
S: Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, southern fried chicken fridge raiders (4 syns) NAS Ribena
Syns: 12

Hey everyone....just back from weigh in and low and behold.......a 1/2lb loss What was even more surprising was that the scales teetered on the 1lb! So the moral this week is, stop weighing myself every day and stressing about the increases as my body seems to rebalance itself over the week.0

Thank you everyone for the advice yesterday.I am doing EE,though it seems an EESP day might have snuck in there .And I am going to make sure I have my syns.
Today's menu (doing EE):
Breakfast:honeydew,nectarine,mandarin
Lunch: salad: ham,egg,cucumber,beetroot,onion,tomato,mini-corn,followed by a Fruitopolis
Tea:...Drumrolllllll please...........I home-made a bolognaise!! I have never done this before .It was lov-er-ly!So,tea was spaghetti with bolognaise containing: bacon(!),garlic, onion, fresh chilli, red pepper, passata, stock and spices, and I even hid lots of mushrooms from myself in it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.Usually I top my out-of-the-jar bolognaise with cheese from allowance, and fromage fraise/low fat sour cream. No need today. It was lovely.
Even Little-Miss-Don't-Poison-Us-With-Cottage-Pie-Again-Mum said it was "okay",and I told her sometimes it is alright to have "okay" meals (In other words,we wll be having this again,so be ready.)When my other 2 fussy kids come back from camp, she will be able to tell them what they missed, but not to worry-we will be having it regularly:rotfl::rotfl:
Tonight for syns (been looking forward to this all day),I had meringue(3 syns) with 0 percent fat creme fraiche (can't remember how many table-spoonfuls I measured, but might have been 4,so 2 syns),and strawberries.
Have also had 2 Alpen light bars tonight, and most of allowance of skimmed milk throughout the daySPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Hi and welcome to our lovely thread. You are allowed between 5-15 syns a day.Slimming World at target0 -

You may think this is sad. My friend weighed her bras and only wears one of her lightest two bras on her weigh in. Remember, half a pound is only 227g. Plus if you wear a watch and/or glasses and that is your half a pound. Plus wear the similar weight clothes. So if you wore jogging bottoms for your first meeting, wearing jeans for subsequent meetings will affect the scales. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
