The HI-Fi bars are expensive.I have never bought them.I wonder if you can find an alternative you and your wife enjoy? I buy Alpen bars(also expensive, but not quite as much as HF's ,and often on special, when I stock up.
Aldi also has an equivalent bar (2 for a HE),but not sure of flavours.
They have been selling Alpen Light Apple & Sultana bars in my local Poundland (Ipswich) so it might be worth checking yours to see if they are doing the same.Competition Wins:

Hi all, it's a STS for me this week please Shala.
I'm going away for a few days this weekend, so will probably be a gain or STS again next week, but for damage limitation I'll try to be really good before and after!!

Hi all
Well I've found out the hard way what happens when you dip out of target then don't go. Your holidays automatically get put in and then when you run out of holidays you get told either come to group the following week, whether you can or not, or you have to pay back fees when you do come back  thankfully I'm back in target, 1.5lbs off so 0.5 from the upper end of my target so they won't see me for dust for 4 weeks :rotfl:
Today's food plan
B: HEXB Alpen Light x 2, 2 bananas, coffee with HEXA s/s
Break: MugShot, bag of HulaHoops Pufts, 2 x decaf coffee with HEXA s/s (6.5 syns total)
L: Coronation Chicken jackpot, mixed salad (2 syns) HiFi bar (3 syns) NAS Ribena
Snack: 2 satsumas, NAS Ribena
T: salmon, mixed veg. Mango chunks and 0%Activia, NAS Ribena
Syns: 11.5

I agree it does sound you're ready to call target jock. Maybe if you kept losing (which is what happened to me) you could reset it lower (which I chose not to).
I just go back enough to make sure I keep online access. I think technically you could have to rejoin (£10) next time if you don't go back within the week. It's a bit like you aren't supposed to miss weeks without declaring a holiday/illness. I suppose it's up to the consultant how they operate. I think it's happened to me once or twice but they seem to have a way of over-riding the system if they choose to.
What I try to do is keep away when I know I've put weight on (I just go by how tight my clothes feel) so that when I go to WI I'm in target range. A very few times I've gone when I've been slightly over to force me to rein in seriously. Gong under seems to have happened more times than that though.
Remembered that there will be a few syns in my hotpot as I'm using a SW recipe which has a tsp of gravy granules added to the stock. Won't be many shared with DH though.
Maman you are quite right the Consultants can override the system if they choose too. My Consultant does this all the time to help people out. She has a rule that's its never more than £15 , found out because my DD missed six weeks and was expecting to have to pay £30. Would have been cheaper to rejoin but she wanted to keep her history. She also makes sure everyone gets the holiday allowance, think its six weeks and will use this to reduce whats due if you haven't taken it all.
Weigh in for me tonight, not too optimistic my scales are showing a 2lb gain but they often play silly sods so will keep fingers crossed for a STS.Slimming World at target0 -
Well sitting here with my coat on waiting for DD to pick me up for weigh in and get a message NOT going so coat off again.
Despite what my scales are saying going to claim STS please shala might be cheating but I have been good this week and really cant see that I have gained.Slimming World at target0 -

Hi all
Well done Jock - I agree that you've done enough. My advice would be to continue going to group but not every week, once a month like others have said. I got to target as a group member years ago and then decided I didn't need to go any more, I was quite confident I'd be able to maintain without the support of the group - I was wrong. The temptation is to go back to eating 'normally' I.e. the way you did before, when you really need to continue with the SW plan with the addition of extra HEs and a few more syns now and again. Your consultant will love it when you make your occasional appearances, specially if you stay, as you'll be her fine example of how great SW is, you'll be her star.
The fish pie was lovely and very filling, so much so I didn't eat the new potatoes. I use a mini chopper to make breadcrumbs and I decided to try grating the cheese in it as well, but it wasn't doing it very well so I added some of the crumbs I'd made and it became the texture of crumble which added a good crunch when I'd grilled it.
I've decided to have toast for supper, using wholemeal bread but counting it as syns not HEB. I could have white bread but didn't think of that untill the brown bread was defrosted! I'm going to look for apple turnovers in the directory to frighten myself... :rotfl:
Have a good evening, see you tomorrow.

Thanks, Scarlet. That’s my usual ‘go to’ for hexa snack. Just getting fed up, even though I vary it with other cheeses.
Good news, jpscloud!
Good decision, by the sounds of things, jock.
