So pleased you are hanging onto your sense of humour lantanna through these trying times. Can just imagine the guy on the CCTV getting a glimpse of you changing  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Hope you had your decent knicks on - what would your Mum say
My face today is still swollen and very soreso looks as though it will be a trip to the drs in the morning to see if I can get different cream/stronger antihistamines. Really should be out getting the lawns cut but afraid of making matters worse.
Can I report a STS shala for this week as not having official wi tonight. Will take whatever result they throw at me next week
Enjoy the BH everyone

Hi everyone I am feeling a little better thanks, and I am eating a little more although still not enough. I have been taking Amitriptyline for pain relief in my right arm up to my shoulder. It says take I or 2 at night but I have only taken 1 as I am feeling off balance... Like when you get up quickly.
I daren't drive in case I have an accident and my DH doesn't drive so we are stuck in. I thought the fresh air may do me good.0 -
Sorry Smedley, I'm not being argumentative, but there are syn free fruit yogurts as well as natural - Muller lights, the Nume range at Morrisons, WW to name a few. In fact the WW ones include thick and fruity and dessert recipe flavours that are a bit less run of the mill, more of a treat.

I never took your comment as anything but helpful...
I had no idea that some fruit yoghurt's were free too.
I hit a milestone this week, I have hit -10Kg in total, this is approx a third of the way to target! Feel great.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
I'm off home for some cauliflower rice, my local Tesco has started selling Cauliflower rice and Courgetti in little tubs. Dead on for a single person and on offer at the minute. Saves a bit of fuss !!
I bought myself some gluten free soy sauce as well at lunch time I will try anything to make myself feel better
Touch wood pain is manageable today without drugs and I've been able to get a good lot of work done :j0 -
We had a very indulgent holiday weekend which has probably greatly added to 2.5lbs gain that I already had. Just realised that I have in total lost 1lb since the start of the year. All I do is lose and then gain it again. This has to stop.
We went swimming for the first time in ages yesterday and I was so self conscious in my swimming costume. I promised myself a year or so ago that I would not let my weight stop me from having family fun however it took a lot to step out the changing rooms
I really don't know why I can't get into the weight loss mindset. If I focussed I could lose the 2st in a few months, have a whole new range of clothes (all sitting in boxes waiting) and I would feel so much better about myself. Oh I am so annoyed with myself!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
:T on hitting the 10kg milestone smedley. We'll have to make you a special shiney.:)
Sorry to hear you're still not right b-e-g. Hope your GP sorts it out tomorrow.
I'm so pleased we're still on your list of friends lantanna. Hopefully the gluten free will keep bloating down and help the weightloss.:D to changing in the car park!!Hi everyone I am feeling a little better thanks, and I am eating a little more although still not enough. I have amitriptyline for when I get disc pain in my back occasionally. It really knocks me out and I feel sort of floaty and out of it. You can take them during the day if you need to. One plus with them is that I sleep brilliantly with them.I really don't know why I can't get into the weight loss mindset. You can do this!! It just needs a plan and stick to it. Simple.;) Of course I know it's not but perhaps when the holiday weekend is over you can think ahead.
I hope you enjoy the cup final whichever way it goes, greentiger. If I were you I'd try to cut right back on synful snacks during the week so that you can have some spare for lunch with DH and the meal after the match.
I'm thinking of finding somewhere to WI tomorrow. I'm out for lunch on Wednesday at a place that does lovely sausage baguettes so better not leave WI until after.:D
My EE meal plan:
B: NAS Ribena, kippers, HEB bread, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold pork, fried veg, pickles
D:cod tray bake (courgettes, mushrooms, peppers, red onion, vine tomatoes) with new potatoes, cauli and broccoli
Syns: DD1 came round with massive cookies. Just looked online and they're 15 syns each! Fortunately I only had a taste.:D
And a scrape of spread with breakfast.0 -
Decided not to go to group tonight - feeling bleurgh and have had a bad week, almost certainly gained. I'll record a STS for this week please Shala. I'm just going to enjoy a good couple of days off plan then get back to it.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.
