    I have had a good day today.Starting to run out of fruit/veg in the house,so variety is narrowing in the Saver-upper household.
    Today's menu:
    Brekky:1 nectarine,1 apple , 1.5 slices wholemeal toast with 1 teaspoon Flora lite (1syn),and Marmite
    Snack:1 apple
    Lunch:2 poached eggs,ham and beans
    Tea: jacket potato with bacon,beans,small amount of egg mayo with low-fat mayo (1/2 syn tablespoon)
    a mandarin
    Snack: Blue Riband choc (just looked it up,and only 5 syns.If it hadn't been the last one,I'd have had another one :rotfl:)

    Today’s been ok.

    Wednesday will be –

    Breakfast: fruit salad
    Lunch: out with friend
    Dinner: hexa cheese omelette, tomatoes, beetroot, spring onions, SW chips
    Snacks: dependent on what I consume at lunch time!

    That's me exactly too greentiger but it's the life I choose and I enjoy it. It may not be the SW of staying at target but it works for me. Meal out tonight (more steak, chips and wine syns), back on plan tomorrow then out with friend Thursday. A bit like the hokey cokey.;)

    Think I'm probably going to go wrong today. Not got lunch food in and on ridiculously low sleep for a day at work. Surely a recipe for disaster? Will have to buy myself something not too bad...
