Have a great holiday b-e-g. I'm sure you'll find that you default to some good choices but relax and enjoy yourself and we'll save a seat on the wagon for when you get back.:)No others planned but who knows? Had 5.5 unplanned syns yesterday, hoping not to do that again today, LOL!
Denise
Me too, a couple of squares of 70% chocolate with DH last night.
Not sure about today. We're off to cinema this evening so may eat out beforehand, otherwise it'll be Spag Bol from the freezer as it'll need to be something easy.
EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans
L: ham, fried veg and beetrootSpag Bol?
Syns: depends if eating out
ETA: I wonder if your body is naturally at its right weight at 10 stone meg. Like denise, I kept losing after I got to target. I toyed with the idea of setting my target lower but decided that it might be even harder to keep in that 6lbs band. Then I told myself I didn't want to risk a scraggy neck, arms and thighs (well even scraggier;)) so I stayed where I was.
I'd like to hear how the pork chops turn out lois. I'm not brilliant with them either.:) My DH has never actually said he wants to do SW 100% but I've offered every time he moans about his waistline. he eats all SW dinners and most breakfasts (except for a non SW muesli). Latest was yesterday as I think he's imagining how he's going to look by the pool in a few weeks time. The answer is in the cakes and biscuits, and will power I suppose.:D0 -
It's a 1.5lbs loss again for me this week, thanks Shala. I missed my 2.5 stones shiny by half a pound. Hopefully next week!!
Well done to all the other losers, and everyone else.
I've been feeling a bit uninspired with my group for the past few weeks, I've just been leaving after weigh in. I don't really want to stop going as I know that being weighed there keeps me on track and it's helped me to lose nearly 2.5 stones up to now. I might try going on a Tuesday instead of Monday and see how it goes.New Year New You Challenge - 13.5lbs/10lbs

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Feeling slightly better, the dizzy spells are less frequent and less intense. Managed Callisthenics yesterday. I think not knowing the cause of the dizziness was causing me more stress, I was imagining all kinds of sinister causes. Now I know its just an ear infection and will gradually get better I'm not afraid to attempt exercise. I had a lot of bread last week all accounted for in food plan but perhaps it was this that has caused the gain. Being stricter this week and hoping for a loss. I'm just so fed up of yo-yoing up & down the same few pounds, but Wizkid is my inspiration and I know it will start to move downwards at some point.
Meant to say, so glad the scan went well Lantanna.

Had a look at my progress history online and noted that I achieved my original target of 10 stone in October 2014, I remember being absolutely over the moon at that. I really appreciate the health benefits being on SW has given me, no pain from the arthy joints anymore, more energy, no heartburn or indigestion.
I love being able to shop for new clothes, new styles, brighter colours
and the fact that I can wear leggings and jeans with knee length boots that actually zip up :rotfl:
I love the confidence it gave me to try Dating after almost 20 years and the lovely Man I have been seeing for the last two months.
Love, love, love this!
Thank you Meg, you're an inspiration to us all. :T

There is nothing worse than an ear infection:eek: I had one on holiday once when I was a teenager and it literally felt like someone was poking a sharp set of scissors in my ear repeatedly! Well done for keeping up with the exercise when you are not well. That's exactly how I feel at the minute afraid to exercise!!!
Anyway I have had news I have made it onto urgent list :T and am on cancellations as well:T Worse case scenario it will be evicted in September which is a damn sight better than were I was on the list!0 -

Have a lovely holiday beg - where are you off to?
We aren't travelling too far away from home Lois - just up the road I suppose, but it is a beautiful part of the country - Northumberland. Don't really care I suppose - just really looking forward to it.Was getting a bit fed up trying to shift these last few pounds to my new target of 9.1/2 stone, its just not happening 2lb on 2lb off STS for weeks now.

So gave myself a kick up the Bum and told myself to stop whinging about a few pounds if its 2lb on, take if off, if it goes back on, well I know why, too many meals out, too many alcohol syns, take it off again. and just enjoy the benefits its already given me. I was over the moon at 10 stone and have been under that for 7 months.
So no more whinging and getting fed up I love SW my plan for life
and as Dear Beanie says will keep Plodding.

You have more faith in me maman than I have in myself :rotfl: I have been really struggling since weekend as I seem to have gone into 'holiday mode' already. Took me all my time to stop the car pulling over at cake shop this morning. Visited Sainsbobs this morning - 25%off TU and all that and picked up a shapewear slip thing (affectionately known as my 'sucky in thing'. Have one already in size L which was told was 18-20 but thought I could now try a M (14-16) - if I manage to get into it does that mean I am now a 14-16- no I thought not but worth asking :rotfl:
Oh can you remember I posted pic of dress in asda that I liked
Well I visited Asda yesterday and there was the very dress reduced from £25 to £8  (currently online for £15) so I just had to have it didn't I. Got a little cropped cardi from Sainsbobs today - nice little outfit without breaking bank.
Looks like rain now - was going to hoover out car ho hum

That's great news lantanna and with the holiday season coming up it might increase the chance of a cancellation.:)
Liking the dress b-e-g, and liking it even more at that price. If you're going to have an off plan meal (or two) you might as well look the part!;)
I don't know if you're staying in a hotel but I've always found it easy to have big SW breakfasts. So maybe a HEB cereal, some fresh fruit/grapefruit, and then minimum of beans and bacon from the hot buffet. I generally go for fried eggs (despite a bit of oil) but some places offer poached and often they have mushrooms and tomatoes. Sadly I've never seen wholemeal bread and always steer clear of the sausages, hash browns etc.
Lunch can be OK if you stick to JPs and salads but then there's dinner.......:D
Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch today. Just my usual stand-by of cold meat and fried veg but the veg had some spiced red cabbage in there and bits (garlic, peppers) from last night so a very different flavour from usual bubble & squeak. 'Twas yummy.0 -
Enjoy your dress BEG I always buy things and then find them reduced a few weeks later:( lol , never thought of that Maman the holidays and maybe some people will not want to be away having and operation and recovering when kids are off school.
I also hate to say it but it goes in my favour that I am smaller now as I have heard of lots of people getting to the surgeon and then being told to go away and lose stones.
My GP wrote on my referral I was fit and otherwise healthy and an excellent candidate for surgery immediately
So I guess that's good!! :rotfl:I've had the symptoms of this of years when I was bigger though it wasn't until Xmas it started to really go on the warpath but if I hadn't lost all of that weight it would have been worse. :cool:0
