I found some delicious yoghurt at Morrisons, this is a special edition:
Rhubarb and Custard, Yeo Valley (5.5 Syn each)
They are very very tasty, so ideal for the rhubarb addicts
Well worth the indulgence.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -

Ha ha, selement, I read this as having weetabix in a toast sandwich! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hehe I did wonder if it sounded like that. Not sure it'd be a good combo!Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0 -
I had a good loss this week, it's -4.5lbs for me please Shala. I had a reasonable week but by no means the best and not all on plan. No sense to it sometimes but I'm happy to finally get my 2st award!greentiger wrote: »Hello again
I’ve had a lovely weekend, consuming some extra syns. However, shala, I’m posting -4lbs this week! The weekend will probably come back to haunt me next Monday!

Brilliant losses!! Well done to you all and especially on your shiny jps.:T:T:T
You're doing well to snack on fruit when you're dashing around saver-upper, but do try and have a proper lunch. Even your dinner doesn't look like a big meal.:)
It's hard to know the syns for the bacon wiz as the website doesn't give Green values any more. Ryvita and porage are both 6 for a HEB equivalent so you can't go wrong there.0 -
Some brilliant losses coming through - I've never managed big losses like those!!!
Another EE day for me today:
B - scrambled eggs on toast; raspberries
L - not sure but possibly jacket potato with beans; salad
D - HM sweet & sour pork/rice (2 syns)
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - bread
Syns: 2 in S&S sauce
No others planned but who knows? Had 5.5 unplanned syns yesterday, hoping not to do that again today, LOL!

Morning everyone
Quick pop in before the days rushing around starts.
A huge well done to the amazing losses reported yesterday and to jps on that shiney :T:j:T:j
Unfortunately I have to report a +1lb gain this week shala. The new meds I have been taking have been stopped by gp yesterday and kidneys are not liking them and have been told that they may have had an effect on the last couple of good weight losses now that I've stopped them the weight could go back up  Bearing this in mind and the fact I going on hols tomorrow - oh dear the next weigh in might not be good :rotfl::rotfl:
Just waiting for washing to finish and I will get that hung out (hopefully) and then go for a wander down to Mum's and then try to get as much as possible done before hairdressers at 3.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all
Wet and windy here again, but the forecast is looking a bit better for the bank holiday weekend, so hopefully we'll be busy.
Wow, some great losses here, very inspiring, as Shala says. Well done Saver-upper, JPScloud and greentiger.
Have a lovely holiday beg - where are you off to?
Saver-upper - I remember days like that when my children were still at school and I only had 2, so I feel for you with 4. You won't know what to do with yourself when they're off your hands.
Someone here was talking about their DH doing their own thing and claiming to follow the plan, well my DH is supposedly doing SW so yesterday I planned to have a green day so that he could have porridge for breakfast and a cheese sandwich when he finished his round of golf. So what did he have? A bacon roll - white bread of course...! :rotfl: If he stays the same again this week I'll remind him of that...
We're having pork chops with SW chips tonight. I'm not very good with pork chops, they usually turn out dry and tough so I've found a supposedly fool proof method that I'm going to try which involves brining them for a few hours before cooking. I'll report back later. Not sure what speed food to have with them yet - I always struggle with chips, so maybe a salad or mixed veg from the freezer.
Have a good day everyone.

Some great losses this week, well done to the losers.
Was getting a bit fed up trying to shift these last few pounds to my new target of 9.1/2 stone, its just not happening 2lb on 2lb off STS for weeks now.
Had a look at my progress history online and noted that I achieved my original target of 10 stone in October 2014, I remember being absolutely over the moon at that. I really appreciate the health benefits being on SW has given me, no pain from the arthy joints anymore, more energy, no heartburn or indigestion.
I love being able to shop for new clothes, new styles, brighter colours
and the fact that I can wear leggings and jeans with knee length boots that actually zip up :rotfl:
I love the confidence it gave me to try Dating after almost 20 years and the lovely Man I have been seeing for the last two months.
So gave myself a kick up the Bum and told myself to stop whinging about a few pounds if its 2lb on, take if off, if it goes back on, well I know why, too many meals out, too many alcohol syns, take it off again. and just enjoy the benefits its already given me. I was over the moon at 10 stone and have been under that for 7 months.
So no more whinging and getting fed up I love SW my plan for life
and as Dear Beanie says will keep Plodding.Slimming World at target0
