I also hate to say it but it goes in my favour that I am smaller now as I have heard of lots of people getting to the surgeon and then being told to go away and lose stones.
My GP wrote on my referral I was fit and otherwise healthy and an excellent candidate for surgery immediately
Ha! Ha! If only it was that simple!:rotfl:0 -

Liking the dress b-e-g, and liking it even more at that price. If you're going to have an off plan meal (or two) you might as well look the part!;)
I don't know if you're staying in a hotel but I've always found it easy to have big SW breakfasts. So maybe a HEB cereal, some fresh fruit/grapefruit, and then minimum of beans and bacon from the hot buffet. I generally go for fried eggs (despite a bit of oil) but some places offer poached and often they have mushrooms and tomatoes. Sadly I've never seen wholemeal bread and always steer clear of the sausages, hash browns etc.
Lunch can be OK if you stick to JPs and salads but then there's dinner.......:D
It's a pub out in the middle of nowhere with rooms sort of place maman but everyone comments on how good the food is. If I am struggling to choose between a few things and like them equally then will with maybe go for the SW friendly version (perhaps) but if there is something on there that I really really fancy - I guess now will be the time to have it and climb back on the SW wagon when I return.
Off up now to see what clothes I'm taking - don't know what's easier - to have little choice as only a few bits fit or to have a much wider choice  :rotfl: With the weather being so damned changeable - that doesn't help matters either.
He's been copying off me meg :rotfl:
I haven't had my Monsoon dress on yet lantanna (possibly going to wear for Aug wedding) and I am dreading see it reduced now - especially as it has gone past the return time.
Tried on new 'sucky in thing' (it fits :j), Asda dress and little black cardi and was complimented on it by DH - bet he has been influenced by the price. :rotfl:

Hiya - reporting back after dinner to say that the chops were an improvement on my normal efforts so the marinating is worth trying. I'll post a link in the morning (I'm on the iPad and haven't figured out copying links). Solved the problem of speed food to have with chips by having swede chips again so that killed 2 birds with 1 stone and meant today could be a red day.. Also had a tomato with it and strawberries after so plenty of speed food to keep you happy maman.
The dress looks and sounds lovely beg. I agree, Northumberland is beautiful, you don't need to go further afield when you've got that close by. i have family in the north east so I've been fortunate to spend lots of time there.
That's good news lantana, you must feel very pleased not to have to go away and lose several stones.
The sun is out again and it's a lovely evening, but we've had heavy showers all day so not sure how long before the next one! Have a good evening everyone, back in the morning.

Thanks for chart shala.
Congratulations saver-upper on SOTW and hanert on achieving your target :T.
Guess who has just received a Monsoon email telling me of reductions. Had to have a little look and .............. the bloomin dress I bought a little while ago has £20 off  I just knew I shouldn't have looked - oh well that'll teach me to buy things and save them for a 'special occasion'. DH said the lace dress from Asda would look nice for wedding but I feel everyone will have seen it in there reduced. It's already in the holiday bag now anyway. :rotfl:
Starting off tomorrow with SW brekkie - having some LM Red Onion and Rosemary sausages, egg, beans and mushrooms.

Thanks, I've eaten nothing today, been up the hospital with my Son who was hit by a lorry as he was working, 2 broken legs concussion and bruised ribs, air ambulance was called. He's only been at this job since May 4th after being unemployed for 4 years! It never rains but it pours.... operating tomorrow and hopefully he wont need a skin graft but they're not sure. Sorry to ramble on but I'm in pain as it is and at the end of my tether, thank heavens I've reached my target as I can see me heading for the chocolate tomorrow. xIllegitimi non carborundumQuot Libra, Quam Breve TempusSPC NUMBER 025
