Really hope this means progress lantanna.:)

Good news about the mortgage lush. Enjoy your time at the caravan, hope you feel better soon.:)

I'm much the same as you denise, give me a pasty or a packet of crisps over a biscuit or a cake any day. I stopped having pies, pasties, crisps and cheese virtually 100% when I was getting to target. I never bought them in and just had the occasional cheeseboard after an off plan meal or bought crisps especially for the journey on holiday. That's why I'm enjoying cheese sauce so much now it's back on the menu but I've never gone back to snacking on cheese.

My DH almost never eats eggs so hopefully today's my opportunity.;)

I'd like to advise another 1 1/2lb loss this week please. Feeling both over the moon with this loss even tho I haven't eaten the right things and awful because I'm still not feeling too well and have to have more tests done, including a blood test for CA125 whatever that is, still a loss is a loss and I'm very pleased about it. x

    Well done Hanert..
Ca125 is a test that measures antigen levels for ovarian disease. Hopefully it will rule out several conditions.

Good to have a loss hanert.:T

Sometimes people do get a loss without following SW properly. There's a lady at my group who just can't seem to get her head around the plan but she seems to have a fear of syns and is much more careful about what she's eating so I think she's just lost by accidentally cutting calories.

I'm guessing you haven't been following it because you've got other things on your mind. When you're ready do share your menus so we can help. meanwhile matron is right and it's good to have things eliminated.

I had Golden Rice (old pack so free) with spring onion, tomato and pepper chopped in for lunch and very good it was too.

That's a really good day saverupper. Almost EESP except for the mash on cottage pie. I can't see a HEB (bread?)

For a snack last night ,I couldn't decide between the Go Ahead bar (twin pack),or an Alpen.I could have had them both :D

Maman, since going to group last week I have heard someone else refer to rices no longer being free.I can't upload a photo (cos I'm a bit of a technophobe),but is this referring to Bachelors Super rices. They used to be free, now I can't find them in my 2015 food directory at all!

    Is it these ones?
