Can't find the BBQ Beef on line either lois. If you want to post pack size and cals/protein/fat/carbs for 100g then I'll put it through the syns calculator.

    Thank you.

It's 400g with 164 kcal, 3.6g fat and 7.1 g carbohydrate which I imagine is in the BBQ sauce.

Somehow I lost 0.5lb this week. It was my birthday and I don't think I stayed on plan any day this week. How??? Especially considering on a 'good' week I often lose 0.5lb then too... I'm not complaining! Just amazed I fully expected to gain.

I've been speaking to a nutritionist these past few days (handy rugby contact ;) ) as I seem to be so stuck in a rut and struggling at times.

We've sat down an assessed not only what I eat but how I eat (where, when and all the other little niggly factors that creep in) and together we've set a bit of a system reboot plan. It seems my macros (and often my micros) [macronutrients i.e. proteins, fats and carbs, and micronutrients i.e. other bits] are waaaay out of whack often because of how our schedules (or more often bf's) dictate what little time I have to do everything outside of work including preparing and eating food/meals.

We've settled on a healthy, balanced plan which should see my system refreshed and kickstarted a bit :)

sorry yabbered on a bit there! Anyway I'll hang about and still post (and still take part in the challenge if that is ok?) but won't be 100% on plan - though lunches, evening meals and 99% of snacks will be...hope that's ok!

Shala, it is a STS for me this week. It is a relief really as I have been totally off plan and it could have been so much worse!

Group this week was a real wakeup call. There was a woman there who basically described my life and she has lost loads of weight and looks fantastic so it has given me new determination.

Tonight I did the weekly shop and it was packed with fruit, veg and free foods so I am ready for a big loss this week :D

Belated best wishes for your birthday selement. That's a good result considering you've been off plan. Don't knock a regular weightloss even if it is half a pound. If you've got time to post menus we might be able to help you boost it.:)

Bit of a change of plan today. Realised I had LO veggies in the fridge so had them and ham and pickles for lunch. Szechuan Beef for supper was yummy and we had SW chips alongside. Amazing what you can eat on SW!:D

Oops, missed that bit! It's 26% protein. Seems very low, considering it's all meat... *shrugs*.
