Do keep asking questions.:)
Oh,you can be sure of it.
Can you tell me how today's menu looks please?:
Breakfast:
1 slice wholemeal toast with 1/2 teaspoon Flora light and Marmite
huge bowl of strawberries and honeydew melon
Lunch:lentil and bacon soup (red lentils, onion, garlic, carrot)
huge serve of honeydew melon (have eaten over 1/2 a honeydew melon today)
Tea:chicken, pasta, carrot and this concoction I found online:
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tomato-Pepper-Sauce/.
So that adds red peppers, onion, garlic and tomatoes to the count.(Not sure if it is because I used salad tomatoes or not,but the recipe just seemed to be "missing" something,so I added a squirt of tomato paste, which made it better)
Snack tonight: 1 Alpen light bar (3 syns if I remember correctly. Can't find my glasses to check :rotfl:)
Skimmed milk allowance used in tea/coffeeSPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Good to see you back Lauri hope you enjoyed yourself. I always think weight that goes on quickly over holidays is lost quickly when you get back on plan. Good Luck.Saver-upper wrote: »Oh,you can be sure of it.

That's a really good menu saver upper. Plenty of Speed food today!:D Only comment I would make is that you've only used about 5 syns. That's fine if you intend to go over syns on other days and balance it out but don't deprive yourself. Syns are built into the plan to be used.;)0
