Welcome Shrimpy.:) You've obviously done well following the old plan and lots on here still do Red and Green days. There have been quite a few changes over the years including this January when the Speed food list (old Superfree) was revised and there are always changes to syn values happening as manufacturers change recipes etc. You might want to go to a group once (£10) and get new books and a talk through. But do keep posting and ask any questions you want.

Don't worry our lovely Shala will change it for you, come back on Friday and tell us your result, good luck.

Ideally come back before Friday and tell us how it's going. Posting meal plans often helps.

Sounds like a crazy busy weekend lush. Great that you've got the wedding outfits to focus on as a target. You should be able to make inroads while BF is away.

We enjoyed the film last night lois but I think my view was coloured by having seen the original Julie Christie/Terrence Stamp version. I won't say more until after you've seen it.

So far I've had a SW breakfast (2 fried eggs on HEB toast), now I'm going to find some lunch (JP & cottage cheese with pickles). This evening we're out for a walk round a country park. Weather is bright but incredibly windy. Friends have offered an impromptu BBQ afterwards but I suspect will be hot dogs and burgers so yet another off plan meal.

Back on it tomorrow but I think I'm expecting an awful lot from one day's reining in.:rotfl:

thanks maman, glad that the domestic wheelchair rugby season is pretty much over now until November - of course we still have training etc but no tournaments so it's a lot easier!

Change of plan at lunch; didn't have time to eat at home but have had a Ragu pasta n sauce sachet from my desk draw (last of my food stash!) which is less than 5 syns (can't remember the exact amount but reasonable) - would have been better if I hadn't forgotton to go check on it - it's slightly over done but it fills where lunch should have been! And I have a sweet clem too

Bf had a big lunch of leftovers from the Chinese so would like soup and a toastie for his tea; suits me as I'll have a small potato cooked in the microwave, a pile of microwave steam veggies and some syn free chicken for mine :) then finish off with one of those muller light goodies for 2.5syn. bit too light on speed/superfrees but not much else I can do with all the rushing around!

Going to clean the kitchen after I've got wonder bairn to bed tonight so once I've done that I'll do some proper food prep for tomorrow:
    breakfast: melon and kiwi
lunch: ham sandwich on great white (60g for HeB - will allow 5syn for the extra bread as its a medium loaf and a very small smudge of light mayo in place of spread) with lettuce. Satsuma
tea: chicken and bacon salad or steak salad I think

Well weigh in tonight for me, had a great start of the week and then stayed with family since Friday and got back yesterday meaning my SW plan was messed up, was doing dead well the first three days as well. Hoping to record a STS or small loss though.

Just realised I have exactly 2 months until I go on holiday. I have been messing about for months at SW and not lost anything. Lose, gain, lose, gain, stay the same! I am so cross with myself.

What's the best plan? I need help fast. :):)

Well onto the the wi result and I am reporting a loss of 5lbs  It honestly must be the new meds I was prescribed on Friday - they have me peeing for England on a morning. Seeing dr again this Friday and he may change things again. Will see how things go and I may stand down from this Challenge as the results Im getting on scales may not reflect what I have stuffed into my mouth. Will just see how things go over a few weeks
    - hopefully they will settle down. Checked BMI tonight and it stands at 31 - hopefully it wont be too longer before I'm just overweight :j

    Have a good week everyone

Crikey well done! Even if you are peeing for England that's a great loss!

Welcome back Penny  I'm in the same position as you but there is no fast answer unfortunately... we've just got to keep plodding and look at the bigger picture

Was it maman that posted a few days ago about losing 1lb a week before xmas is a couple of stone - I know for sure i'd be happy with even half of that!

Try some SP days if you can, or at least up your speed foods to half your meals rather than 1/3 it might help speed your losses up a little.

    Right off to sort charts...
