Thanks Bluey! Some of the stuff I have in isn't at all SW - I'll save you a saintly chicken kebab but shhhhhh there's naughty stuff too. I usually try not to go mad after WI but it is a bank holiday goshdarnit!

Aw thanks jps :D Just shovelled down a non-SW chicken curry (couldn't get it down quick enough) accompanied by half bottle of Czech low alcohol lager and now I'm going to have a cuppa with some Carte D'Or Lavazza Ice Cream. As you say jps - it is BH ;) Hope you enjoyed your bbq.

    That's a fab loss hanert - don't knock it. Well done :T

Well onto the the wi result and I am reporting a loss of 5lbs  It honestly must be the new meds I was prescribed on Friday - they have me peeing for England on a morning. Seeing dr again this Friday and he may change things again. Will see how things go and I may stand down from this Challenge as the results Im getting on scales may not reflect what I have stuffed into my mouth. Will just see how things go over a few weeks
    - hopefully they will settle down. Checked BMI tonight and it stands at 31 - hopefully it wont be too longer before I'm just overweight :j

    Have a good week everyone

I love that stuff beanie. Really suits my savoury tastes.

Yes, great loss jpscloud and amazing for you too beg.:T:T

b-e-g, I'd stick with the challenge if I were you, it'll help you stay on track whatever happens to your meds. And if the meds help alongside the healthy eating. That's a bonus.:D

Glad to see you back denise. Hope you had a good time, albeit flexi.;)

Went to see 'Far from the Madding Crowd' tonight and then had a completely off plan pub meal. I think the only SW friendly thing on the plate was a few peas and they're not even Speed food.:o
