I thought we had the last chart, According to Shalas post the new one starts today Challenge Details - 4th May - 28th June

You're right meg it does start today. I think maybe all the final WIs from last week will appear on a chart tomorrow but any WIs from (today) Monday onwards on the new challenge. At least I think so.:)

    This is what Shala wrote:

The new challenge will run from week commencing the 4th May (May the Fourth be with yousmiley-sw018.gif ) and finish on the 28th June - this gives us 8 weeks.

If you wish to join in with us then please post your target loss for the 8 weeks in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily!

Then each week post your loss in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily :D It doesn't matter which day you get weighed in on, just let me know the result and i'll add it to the correct week

I will post the chart each week on a Tuesday showing the prior weeks losses and singling out the person who has lost the most so we can make a great big fuss over them :D

Not happy - just typed out quite a long post and lost it!

Briefly - about the weekend: we only went for 2 nights as DH wasn't well on Friday and I had to pick him up from work at lunchtime. Because we didn't go away until Saturday morning we went to a place we've been several times rather than a new place we'd been planning.

Never mind we still had a good weekend and shared several bottles of red with some friends on Sunday evening!

    Great losses b-e-g and jps.

    Another EE day today:

B - boiled eggs, HEB bread
L - jacket potato; beans; salad with FF dressing
D - chicken chow mein - recipe from the March magazine

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day

Syns: not sure at the moment but maybe a pink n white but nothing really planned.

Need to go shopping today as DH has taken the last of the fruit to work with him! Also need to get some stuff for tonight's dinner.

I was just referring to the 9 week challenge for which the final chart has not yet been revealed yet :)

And with the new challenge, I am sitting this one out.

Hope your not sitting this one out to try another diet or if you are will come back to it. This really does work and is the only one I have found in ermmmm lol too many years to count.

    Morning all

Sorry for being a bit quiet, I'm still about, just not a lot to say (for a change!).

Well the Bank Holiday is over and it's quiet again and the sun has come out. Quite windy though so it's not actually as nice as it looks from inside.

Beg - wow, what a great weight loss! I could do with some of those tablets as well. :D

We're going to see Far From the Madding Crowd today or tomorrow using the :money: tip, so it's half price. :j Did you enjoy it Maman?

Did anyone watch The C Word on Sunday? I was thinking about you Beanie, knowing you're about to lose a friend to cancer. Hope you're okay.

    Have a good day everyone.

Hi everyone, have been lurking for a little while picking up some of your fab menu ideas and wonder if it would be ok if I joined for the challenge (if I'm not too late?)

I did SW years ago by going to classes and kept my book, although it's so old it only has red and green days, not even EE. I have lost 12.5lbs since Christmas by following the plan at home and would like to go for 8.5lbs for this challenge if you'll have me as that will take me to my goal. I am on another weight loss challenge thread on MSE but that one is not SW specific and I have stalled a bit so hoping joining you lovely folks will give me a much needed boost. My weigh in day is Wednesday.
