I've gained 2 lbs this week. I weighed in on Thursday morning and lost loads last week, so hoping this is just a bounce. Bit disappointing but there we are. I've bought lots of vegetables and have tomorrow morning free for cooking to get a headstart on this week.0

Saver-upper slips back into the thread, hoping not to be noticed, but desperate to get back ontrack again..........
Hi everyone.I stopped posting on here back in October.I had just reached my target weight, but then stopped going to group, stopped posting here, got very lazy, and now am ONE STONE,NINE-AND-THREE_QUARTERS POUND over target :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
So,can I come back??
I tried to log onto SW website this afternoon,it has booted me off /no longer recognises me(I thought target members didn't have to go to regular meetings/could keep using the website without going to group) .
I have spent a bit of time since coming home from work looking through SW recipe books, doing a bit of a menu plan.Went and did a a SW-friendly shop (not like the shopping I have been doing for the last 6 months)
Originally I wasn't going to weigh myself this morning.I was too scared to know how much I actually weighed:I was just going to go by the feel of my clothes/body (clothes currently too tight, muffin top over-hanging jeans where there used to be inward curves, etc). But I am glad I bit the bullet.I haven't got all the way back up tto the weight I was when I joined SW originally (4 years ago).I thought I might have done.
So,to reach my SW target weight,I need to lose 1stone, 9 and 3/4 pounds.I am aiming for 2 lb of that this week.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

In the my target leaflet it says every 4 but I know I have left it longer than that one point. It flashes up when you sign in online saying when you have stayed away to long.Slimming World at target0
