Back from our weekend away - think I'll call it a Flexi Weekend, LOL! Far too many syns but will rein it in between now and Thursday morning WI.

Welcome to the newbies, congratulations to the losers and hugs to those who need them.

Lantanna - it's awful that you have to wait so long for an op - hope that the pain doesn't get too bad between now and then.

Meg - the new man in your life sounds a nice one. Enjoy church - lol!

    EE day today:

    B - bacon & mushroom sandwich with brown sauce (HEB + 7)
L - LO savoury mince; mash; green beans
    D - egg, chips, beans & mushrooms

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - butter 2; sauce 1; 4 as large slices of WM

    Can I join in please?

I just joined SW online today as I can't get to the nearest group and all the others are too far away :(.

I'll be looking at everything properly tomorrow, when I have more time. I have 10kg/22lb to lose.

I have managed to lose a bit with WW before, but over the last year it's crept up again, nearly to the point I was 12 years ago when I was at my heaviest! A friend of mine has had a lot of success with SW and is now a consultant, so I thought I'd give it a try.

    Welcome aboard michbright :hello:

    Thanks

Last week I looked at the chart and the forum users BEG, Candyapple, CTE, Fay, Meg, +me all hit our challenge targets :)
I am hoping to see a few more names (hitting challenge targets or very close), next Tuesday when this challenge finishes.

I am sitting back for the next challenge, I need to experiment with some dietary changes, I would like to avoid meat products as much as possible, especial extensively farmed meat products. I am really going to struggle.
I cannot give up fish just yet though.

My overall target could realistically be reached by the end of the year or sooner.

I thought the new Challenge started today Smedley.

It makes perfect sense. I was much the same as, being tall, I had worked out a way of looking OK with the extra weight by choosing the right clothes, colours etc. But I knew that underneath it all I was fat and I hated it.:(

Don't worry about the fruit. I think vegetables are far more effective and I think SW broadly agree which is why so many fruits have been removed from the Speed list.

Oh in the MUD!!! I was thinking Hay!!:rotfl:

I think we do pick up ways for learning to dress in order to disguise some bits or emphasise other bits (I just hide mine nothing to show off :rotfl:). Several people have told me over the last few weeks that I must be close to target - I'm just under 5'7" and around 14st and still classed as obese. Don't know where they are looking. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Please don't give our meg any more ideas - she has more than enough of her own. :rotfl:

Off to read a few more posts.

Fantastic loss jps :T I could just fancy chomping on a chicken drumstick - I'll be round after wi :rotfl:

Our class doesn't start until 7.30 and it can be 9 or just after when I get home. Hoping there might not be too many attend/stay to class tonight and we might get a flyer. DH is making chicken curry for our meal tonight - not very SW friendly as I know he is using a small tin of full fat coconut milk and there will be other naughties thrown in too no doubt :D

Thanks Bluey! Some of the stuff I have in isn't at all SW - I'll save you a saintly chicken kebab but shhhhhh there's naughty stuff too. I usually try not to go mad after WI but it is a bank holiday goshdarnit!
