    :Tthat's great wiz, well done.:T

Have you ever compared your food diary for weeks when you've lost to STS/gained? I was wondering whether you do better when you've had Green days? You've certainly done well with regular pound losses lately.

Remember just a pound a week is almost 4 stone in a year!!

    Well done wiz :T

Its absolutely chucking it down here today :(. Woke up several times through the night for no apparent reason - could have quite happily got up at 5.20 am  However I thought that would be silly so forced myself back to bed where I tossed and turned - finally got up at 8.15 (which is a lot later than usual) with a great stonking headache which still hasn't fully cleared. Mum asked me what I had been drinking last night - don't think she believes me when I tell her I'm virtually teetotal these days (honest) - much prefer food syns than alcohol syns.

DS wants a hand today fleabaying stuff and I am supposed to be colouring friends hair some time today and need to pay a visit to another friend - just seem to be hanging around waiting as I know as soon as I start doing something they will all require my attention :rotfl:

DH is preparing lunch - jacket with pulled pork and bbq sauce and salad I believe. Tonight will be lo pork with veggies and gravy. Strawberries and yoghurt will feature somewhere on menu.

Will catch up with you all later.

Hello All! It's been a while, again :o

I still don't have my proper eating head back on but at least my exercising one is getting better.

Ended the challenge on another STS, which means in the whole of the last challenge I think I lost 4lbs, two of which I put back on, so that's 2lb lost of my 12lb target. Really not good and I don't know what to do about things at the moment. I need to stay on plan but keep going off.

Hugs to all that need them atm.

Did get myself a pretty dress for my birthday meal out next month. Happy with that, a lovely size 12 that fits - couldn't have said that a year ago! (Or indeed for 20 years before that ;))

Planning has to be the answer crabapple. The only way that works for me is a meal plan and stick to it. If I've got the right foods in then I don't need to think.

How far off target are you? Size 12 sounds good to me.:)

Thought i'd post the challenge again just in case we have anyone else who wants to join and I saw a few questions about it... :D
    shala_moo wrote: »

The new challenge will run from week commencing the 4th May (May the Fourth be with yousmiley-sw018.gif ) and finish on the 28th June - this gives us 8 weeks.

If you wish to join in with us then please post your target loss for the 8 weeks in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily!

Then each week post your loss in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily :D It doesn't matter which day you get weighed in on, just let me know the result and i'll add it to the correct week

I will post the chart each week on a Tuesday showing the prior weeks losses and singling out the person who has lost the most so we can make a great big fuss over them :D

Any questions please let me know.

Hi Shala_moo thanks for the info on Alpen bars. I'm glad they had a re-think! I managed to get on the site, but because I haven't been on there for about a year, I'm no longer registered. I tried to re-register using my card, but I have no PIN number to put in. I've been in touch with my consultant who is going to get back to me though 😀

Hi ironed out, if your consultant hasn't got back to you then it may be worth checking your book as mine was written in there. On the page where the consultants info is written.. hth..

I love hearing about the different stuff you do Lois, I'd love your life it sounds like just the thing i'd love to do :D a shop, fish and chips and then 6 months in Spain - where can I sign up? :rotfl:

Beanie - big hugs.. take care of yourself x

Hopefully another on-plan day for me today - I've turned down a big fat white bread sandwich and crisps and opted for a wholemeal sandwich and low fat crisps for my lunch - took every bit of willpower I had! :D

    B - melon, yogurt, choc shot (0.5)
    L - chicken sandwich (heb & 2 syns) crisps (4) salad
T - steak, hassleback jacket potato, cheese (hea) salad, corn, pickles
    S - Jaffa alpen (3) milk (2)
