I'm here thank you for all the positive vibes and thoughts. All ok it's just the gallstone misbehaving big time! Nothing else going on thankfully. In a lot of pain today so just a quick one. Will catch up soon xx0

You should be able to access the site if you've re-joined. I'd get on to your consultant if you can't. Meanwhile, shala's said about the Alpen Lights. The cheese & broccoli pasta is 3.5 syns although many of them are free. Melba toasts are 4 for 20g except for the wholegrain which is 3.5. I'm not sure when you got to target but there are some changes since January. Do ask anything you want.:)
Last night's meal was OK. Just the chips and a bit of salad dressing. Strange, this was a Greene King pub and they seem to have a standard menu across the chain but the salad dressing in this one was much more oily than the light, citrus one I've had in others although advertised the same. Plus the salad was smaller.
Maybe you're now attracting men who do SW meg?:rotfl:
Not much on today so I'm going to cook up a big pot of red cabbage and portion it for the freezer. I adapt Delia's recipe with sweetener and today a few sad looking eating apples.

Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for teas
L: JP, spring onions, cottage cheese and beetrootTesco BBQ pork, sweet potato wedges, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas, asparagus
Syns: weekend wine
Probably won't use the HEB unless peckish this evening

Maman if you could see some of the profiles you would know that some of them deffo should do SW, it amazes me that so any describe themselves as only slightly overweight when they could do with losing half the body weight, and the ones that describe theselves as chunky or hunky Oh My.
Lol my salad is getting more winks and messages than I did, typical man eh only thinks about his belly.
Oh well if I end up back on a dating site I know what to do don't ISlimming World at target0 -
Thank you
What do I have to do now for next challenge please ?
Do I still report losses or sts or put one like I do now but don't have a goal because I am there ?Hope that makes sense  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
If you just want to use the challenge to help you keep motivated and accountable (which is what I do) then use a STS to keep you within target. If you want to get a bit lower then post how much you want to lose. Hope that helps. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Afternoon lovely people
Just popping in to say I am so pleased you have had some good news of sorts lantanna. Sorry to hear gb is still giving you gip - hope you don't have to wait too long to get things sorted. Take care. xx
Just typical hanert having to wait for results over BH. A couple of years ago I got recalled for mammogram - had it done then went off on holiday so didn't get results until we returned. Thankfully it just turned out that the picture didn't show enough so they decided to do another one. Hope things go well for you.
You have just reminded me of Delia's red cabbage maman - nom nom
Great loss Sally :T
I think you are being brave durham setting that target taking into account all that socialising you've got lined up  We have got a couple of days away with friends in a few weeks where I intend to leave SW at home and a posh afternoon tea to take over the next few months. Apart from these couple of things I will try to stay on track until wedding we are going to on 1st August.
At drs appointment yesterday he decided the med he prescribed a couple of weeks ago weren't having desired effect so he has changed them for me but I think they could mess around with my weight. He has booked me in for a check next week so I think I might ask him if they will have any effect.
So much for buying summery dresses and tops - chucking it down here and so cold - in other words - typical bank holiday weather.
Sorted some stuff to stick on fleabay tomorrow - just need a click of a button to list.
Enjoy weekend whatever you are up to.

It's cooking away nicely.;) The way I make it, it's free and a good extra Speed serving when fresh stuff is low. Aunt Bessies is quite low syn (1 for 100g) if you don't want to make it yourself.
I noticed Aldi's had Olive Oil Frylight at £1.50 again yesterday so bought another couple of cans. That's an excellent saving on price in most SMs.
Shame about the change of meds. It's so frustrating when they work against weightloss.:mad:0
