    Hi. Newbie here
Do you mind if I ask a couple of questions please.
Ive just rejoined sw as an ex-target member. currently 12lb over target :( Anyway, I cant access syns online, so could anyway tell me if Alpen light bars are still a HEb choice ~(last I heard there was uproar about them changing ingredients and I don't know what the outcome was)
Also, I'm just tucking in to my sw quiche, but just occurred to me that I used the Golden Wonder cheese & broccoli pasta & sauce. Is that one free?
And last question for now, how many syns are the packets of morrisons melba toasts please? I think theres 4 pks of 6 toasts in each box.
    TIA

its a real con when you end your subscription your profile stays on the site as a free member but you cant see any messages until you join up again."

    Which dating site was it?

The advice I would give is upload a photo that bears some similarity to yourself, look on Google or Facebook for someone that looks like you in shadow :).
Upload that photo to the dating site, and make it your profile photo.
Once it has been accepted, delete the other photos, or hide them from view.
Now you can adjust your profile then abandon it.
Then there will be no way of people associating yourself with the unwanted profile on their site.
    Hope this helps.

I would be doing this if it was me, I love my privacy.

Hi there, welcome to the thread!

Don't be too hard on yourself about gaining, you're addressing it now before it gets too bad which is a good thing.

There's a list of Healthy Extras on post 1 of the thread and the Alpen bars aren't there. I can't help you with the other items but I'm sure someone will be around soon who can.

 Please don't do this - what about the rights to privacy for the person who you've stolen the picture off.

And what if their significant half finds it - how would they explain they have a profile on a dating website!

You love your privacy, please respect other peoples.

I think meg handled it perfectly... although meg you may have even more offers now that the fellas can see your lovely cooking :rotfl:

Obviously they must sense that you are the perfect package :happyhear.
I think the salad gives your previous modelling diet away, :wall:
    the mind boggles.
I mean how do the men write an interesting and non serial message to a plate of salad? I bet they all have found your profile interesting, and they think they have a lot in common with you, haha.

On some email accounts, you can set filters to auto delete mails from a specific sender (i.e. The dating site).
Maybe this will prove a less annoying option for you.
