I've lost 6 pounds this week, mainly thanks to a 3 night stay at a Health Farm. I won this in a competition, it was tough but definitely works. 400 calories a day and 4 hours of exercise were very hard, particularly the 2 hour walks for me but it's provided me with a big boost.

Sounds more like you lost the competition. Glad you are pleased though but sounds tough!

I think my problems on SW started when they brought out the new plan and got rid of the syns app that let you track your syns, much harder to keep up with your syns now. When I was religously putting stuff in I thought about it a lot more.

    Hi all.

Could you put me down for 7lbs for the new challenge this time, thanks Shala. I'm really hoping for a little more which would really be a bonus!!

Well done cte on your loss :T

Makes me  at what you ate and the exercise don't think I would have managed that.

I can't imagine ever getting to my goal but hopefully I will one day...
  • Can you put me down for 9.5lbs please Shala for the new challenge.

That will take me to my initial target of 12st 7lbs, but to be honest I think I'd like to lose a little more than that.
