:T on getting yourself sorted and on track djenks and you too maisie.
Good news about the mobile home denise. Hope the sun shines on you.:)
Yesterday was very messed about. I hate it when I'm not properly organised. I ended up missing lunch (so I'll have it today), fantasising in town on all the synful snacks I could have had (but resisting them:D). Fortunately we have Lidl in the city centre so I was able to buy in a bit more Speed food for dinner. Then I had a date (dried variety that a well meaning friend bought me in lieu of chocolates) and a bit of chocolate with a cuppa. Today will be better!!
Not going to WI this week as too much eating out:(.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas, baked beans
L: JP, cottage cheese, spring onion, beetrootSW spaghetti Bolognese (will add extra courgette to veg already in it)
Syns: scrape of spread, Parmesan (hopefully in HEA but not sure)0 -
Back from WI and pleased to have had a small loss of 0.5lb - currently at lb from bottom end.
As we're away for the long weekend I suspect it won't be as SW friendly as usual plus with the normal weekend wine syns! I will just tot up the syns when we get home Monday and work out how many syns I've got left to last me until Wednesday before WI again on Thursday!

2.5lb loss for me this week which I'm totally gobsmacked with, I'd expected a STS at best. I ate a lot of speed fruit and veg yesterday so that must have helped0

Fab loss candyapple. :T
Visitors have left now so busy getting washing up to date. Bedding and towels to wash just for a one night stay but never mind to was lovely to see them. Drying it all indoors and we are having quite heavy April showers (roll on May). Didn't stray too far from the SW track (I think) - helped by the fact I remained teatotal. Had a couple of thornton's choccies last night and decided to have more chocolate when I got home but hey ho it could have been a lot worse. I was on breakfast duty at Mums where I was busy doing bacon and egg rolls for everyone - I had my bacon and eggs on plate followed by banana and two satsumas. Got some lo mince from yesterdays cottage pie, so that's tonight's tea sorted with some pasta and extra veggies.
