    SOTW* is....:T:j:TCANDYAPPLE:T:j:T with a loss of 2.75lbs!!

    Congratulations!

    smiley-bounce016.gif

*SOTW is the person who has lost the most weight this week, but also had a loss or sts last week.

We also have another challenge target meet-er - MEG! :T:T:T

The bad news is - as always - to meet our group target someone needs to lose 8 stone this week... thanks.. :D

    spring_zpsaz6mlsxs.png

May as well start the new challenge whilst i'm here..

We are still in the last week of the old challenge but some of you have finished that one so feel free to give me your new target..

The new challenge will run from week commencing the 4th May (May the Fourth be with yousmiley-sw018.gif ) and finish on the 28th June - this gives us 8 weeks.

If you wish to join in with us then please post your target loss for the 8 weeks in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily!

Then each week post your loss in any colour or bold or massive or all of the above so that I can see it really easily :D It doesn't matter which day you get weighed in on, just let me know the result and i'll add it to the correct week

I will post the chart each week on a Tuesday showing the prior weeks losses and singling out the person who has lost the most so we can make a great big fuss over them :D

Any questions please let me know.

Don't feel like you need to give me a target straight away if you haven't yet weighed for this week.. i'm happy to wait :D

Thanks for the chart shala. 0.5 lbs off for me this week. Can you pop me down for 8lbs for the next challenge please. Last challenge I met 50% of my target. Maybe I should put myself down for 20lbs and I may lose 10 lol.

Sorry to hear about the dead !!!!!cat but sounds like you have given him a nice burial.

    Congrats candyapple on SOTW.

Lush don't worry about the diet today. Being there for your little one today after her nursery when she was feeling fragile was far more important than cooking a healthy meal. Little ones are great for making us feel bad/guilty.

durham love your dresses for your weekend looks like you had a great time.

beg looks like you were right about the loss as I did get a loss after all that. I just don't understand it as when I am being really good my losses are non existant and when I am naughty I get a loss.

Anyway menu plan done for next week and we shall see what happens.

    Well done, Meg and maisie.

    Congrats on SOTW, candyapple.

Durham, I just googled smilies smiley-computer010.gif and had a peek at different ones. As I say, I’m just learning read13.gif about adding them, so there is likely to be a liberal sprinkling for a few days. Lol.

Put me down for my usual -8 for next challenge, please, shala. Thanks.

Oh, shala, what a shock re puddytat. But it reminds me of something that happened to my friend. Don’t read the rest of this if you are easily upset! At work she was telling us how her mother’s cat, Toby, had been awol for a day or so, which he had never ever done in his puff. Her mother had told her the previous evening. On hearing this, friend remembered she’d passed an ex cat on the road so she went to check on it. Sure enough it was the missing pet, collar and all. By this time he was quite flat, just skin really, as he’d been there all day. So she went home got a spade, gloves and plastic bag and scraped him off the road. She took him home and she and her mother buried him in a moving ceremony under his favourite rose bush. We were all sobbing inconsolably at this. Then the phone rang – it was friend’s mother phoning to say Toby had just walked in the door! We were hysterical!

BTW, folks, I’m not getting photos in the posts now. Any ideas?

    Wednesday’s menu
Breakfast: bacon & egg, tomatoes, mushrooms
Lunch: out with cat story friend
Dinner: left over lasagne (1), hash brown (2.5)
Snacks (choose from): ff nat yogurt & strawberries/2 garibaldi biscs (4 syns)/2 ginger snaps (5 syns)/1 chocolate digestive (4 syns)

    Thanks.:D

Sorry, still can't help with the yogurt. The mixed seeds/berries are 6.5 syns or a HEX of 25g.

Congratulations Candlyapple on being our SOTW.

Well done to all the losers:T.

Lush - you are not a failure - you are just doing what needed to be done as a mum, looking after your little one. BF was trying to be helpful so don't beat yourself up because you ate some pizza. Draw a line and get back on plan today.

Welcome Marzipan - sorry should have welcomed you yesterday!

Not planned my menu very well this week as seem to be having loads of rice!

B - bacon, mushroom sandwich, brown sauce (HEB + 1)
    L - LO mixed bean goulash/rice
D - sweet & sour pork using up the last of the roast pork from Sunday with yet more rice:rotfl: There may be a syn or two in the sauce depending on whether it needs thickening but hoping that as it uses passata it will thicken up on its own.

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day.

Syns: brown sauce l; cornflour? 1; May also have a fruit split lolly 3 or a pink n white 2.5.

Have managed to stay within my syns this week so hoping for a small loss tomorrow.

This is what I'm going to do if it's OK with you all.

Weigh myself on Friday morning, this will be my starting weight, go to SW meeting on Friday pm to get the books and the first push, then post on here what I am aiming to lose for the challenge.
I hope you will all bear with me, but you seem a nice bunch of people so I am going to give it 100% this time. Hopefully the last of my tests (CT scan) on Friday am and should get the results of the rest of my tests next week so I will know what I'm dealing with. Wish me luck.
