Thanks maman - I've never found it too bad until now; the new GPs at our surgery (now the majority) just don't seem to want to see actual patients! It's getting silly now with it hanging around so long and then not being gone long before it's back so I'm going to have to push for something I think.
Thanks b_e_g; they look to be rather substantial so I think a couple along side some salad and meat/fish would go down rather well and still satisfy my want for carbs/potatoes with tea!************************************

They do peanut butter ones i've seen on instagram!! I haven't found them in the shops yet though as well as the jaffa cake alpens - always out of stock
Will pop back later for a full catch up - i only get a quick break - struggling today though, opened our front door this morning to a dead pu**ycat which upset me so turned to bad food in comfort - have caught myself though so i'll stop from now on, think i'm still under syns! *phew*
Will have to bury the poor mite tonight if we can't find out who's it is..
Chart later then its our last week for the challenge!!:eek: I see some of you are ending it on a good loss so well done :TMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

That sounds like a great idea lush
Ham salad (lots of greenery), beetroot, toms, gherkins, cucumber and pease pud followed by a couple of plums - that was today's lunch.
Got meal out later with friend.

Today's plan looks like this
Breakfast HEB fruit & fibre with ff yogurt on & melon. 'Twas yum
Lunch
Salad - lettuce tomatoes onion pepper carrot gherkins with mussels and a hard boiled egg
Melon
Shape yogurt
Am stuffed!
Tea will be decided later but probably left overs from yesterday's evening meal -chicken, no skin, mashed carrots and spuds (no butter or milk) green beans.
HEA will be 30g cheese later on / perhaps on mash with tea.
Drinks peppermint tea. Water. No added sugar squash. I'm if ing the Waterbalance app and finding it makes me more mindful of what I drink on terns of how hydrating it is, or not!
Got weighed at lunch at the chemist. Bang in target range - want to drop about 4lb before hols in 5 weeks.0 -
Afternoon all, back from my fantastic dance weekend! Had a great time and didn't do too badly eating wise either. Still had treats of cake, scone & dessert. Worked out we must have danced for about 8 hours over the weekend, plus walking up and down stairs, our room on 2nd floor dancing in the basement. Really tired now and trying to recover. Posted outfits on facebook but I know some of you can't get on so here's a quick glimpse.

Weigh in tonight, no idea what will happen, I lost 6lbs in the broken scales debacle of last week, so will struggle to even stay the same I think. This whole challenge has been a complete write off but I guess I'm still sort of where I might be long term, so its nice to see it can handle a holiday, etc.
I'm getting a bit addicted to Cornettos though, there is a really chocolatey one that is 10 syns but is a really good choccy fix.
Have you tried freezing chocolate mousse I get the smartprice ones 27p for 4 they are lovely frozen and only 4 syns.Slimming World at target0 -

Thanks for the photos mim. I'm so pleased you enjoyed the weekend.
50s night looks great fun and that cinched in waist looks fab! I remember dresses like that, with loads of paper nylon petticoats underneath. New dress looks lovely and sparkly. Clever you!:)
You seem to be on a roll marzipan. Those pounds should disappear quickly. I like to be right at the bottom of target range before a holiday too. I was at Easter......;)0 -
