I can't find the yogurt at all wiz. All I can suggest is that you give the food values and it can go in the calculator. Lots of the Linwood things are HEXs but the descriptions are a bit pernickety on the site so not sure which you have.
    • sunflower and pumpkin seeds are 20g a HE or 6 syns for 25g
    • milled flaxseeds with biocultures and Vit D are 20g for a HE or 6.5 syns for 25g
    • goji berries are 45g for a HE or 3.5 syns for 25g
    • sesame seeds don't appear except as bread squres
Let me know if yours are a different description and I'll check for you.

Hi Maman the ones I have used are flaxseed, sesame seed pumpkin, sunflower and goji berrie, all in one packet.
The yoghurt is fat free, reduced sugar and high in protein 150 grams calories 112. If you can't find it I will class the yoghurt as 5.05 Syns.
    Thanks.:D

I am a failure :( Wonder bairn had an awful afternoon at nursery and has been extremely clingy and down since we got back. 90% of it is teething and 10% development leap week as she is finally taking a decent amount of solo steps. Tough times
Because she wasn't coping well bf announced he'd sorted tea and ordered us in pizza which of course I couldn't say no to :(
I am not doing well at all. Bad lushie.
