Thanks everyone; I can't see tonight being much better as we have training 5-8pm. I'm just hoping little one gets tired out showing all the team her new walking skills and then falls asleep and manages to stay asleep. She's still not good; this morning was the first time she's howled when I've left her at bf's mums (she has her every Wednesday morning)
Today:
breakfast: ready brek (HeB sub) made with water as no milk in at work. cup of tea
lunch: cooked off the chicken pieces that were meant for tea yesterday whilst waiting for the Ocado man this morning. So have them with a pile of salad. 2 syn (rounded up) for the dash of light salad cream on my potato salad
tea: not really sure because of training. Bf will have left over pizza so I may have a slice of that or I may chuck a small poatato in the microwave and have it with some beans and ham or something depending on how I'm feeling. tbh if I'm still feeling as rough as I am now with my sinuses I may just go straight to bed!
Off to the Buy Yorkshire conference this afternoon so lots of walking round there************************************

Morning all
Thanks for the chart Shala, well done Candyapple for SOTW :T and well done Meg and everyone who've reached their targets.
My target for the next challenge is going to be realistic and achievable so can you put me down for 7lbs please Shala.
Had to laugh at the cat story greentiger , at least the other cat had a decent burial, like the cat in your garden Shala. I'm always sad to see dead cats lying on the roadside, knowing their owner is probably distraught with worry.
Maman - I'm only teasing about the speed food.It is something I have to give more thought to because if I'm honest I probably don't have enough, and yours is the voice in my head saying "you need more speed food with that meal..." even though I've got no idea what your voice sounds like! :rotfl:
Hanert - that sounds like a good plan. My weigh in day is Friday too so we can be a team.
We had some l/o spag bol that needed to be used so yesterday I made pasta bake, adding a tin of chopped toms and a tin of ratatouille to some cooked pasta and grated cheese on the top - it was lovely and made loads, so we've got some to have for lunch today.
Have a good day everyone.
Sorry, still can't help with the yogurt. The mixed seeds/berries are 6.5 sins or a HEX of 25g.
Not to worry Maman, it may come on the list later.
The yoghurt so can do without until I know. However, there is a Mullerlight coconut and lime what about that one ?
Anyway thanks for looking.:)0 -
Ooh new challenge.
Please can I go for 7lbs Shala. Figure an even half stone should be a fair target and if I can kick my behind in to gear I might even be able to do a little better than that :rotfl:************************************

Good news is the coconut and lime yogurt is FREE wiz.:)This is what I'm going to do if it's OK with you all.
Weigh myself on Friday morning, this will be my starting weight, go to SW meeting on Friday pm to get the books and the first push, then post on here what I am aiming to lose for the challenge.
No problem hanert. That sounds like a good plan. You will be weighed as part of your first meeting but probably better to go by what your own scales say as you'll be using those every week. Friday is a good WI day as if you slip up at weekends (;)) you've got plenty of time to play catch up before the following week. I'd recommend trying to weigh at about the same time very week, wearing the same sort of clothes (or none:eek:).lushlifesaver wrote: »Today:

You did well to have pizza left over so couldn't have been too disastrous. Not a bad plan for today at all.Maman - I'm only teasing about the speed food.It is something I have to give more thought to because if I'm honest I probably don't have enough, and yours is the voice in my head saying "you need more speed food with that meal..." even though I've got no idea what your voice sounds like! :rotfl:
LL
Teasing all taken in good part lois. My voice is quite home counties with a Welsh lilt but my DH says I can do my bossy, schoolmarm voice too so that's probably the version you're hearing.:rotfl:
My meal plan is a mess this week too denise. I didn't buy in much as I knew I was eating out a lot so getting a bit thin on the ground. I've Bolognese in the freezer but I want to keep that for tomorrow as I'll need a quick meal. Plan is SW burger, fried onions, oven chips, and...... I may go out and buy a few bits but I try hard not to do that.
Your signature from the Grocery Challenge is looking good. Just shows you don't need to spend a fortune to do SW.
Today's EE plan (if I buy more Speed food):
B:NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: JP (last remaining potato), cottage cheese, spring onion, beetrootSW burger, chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, fried onions, peas
Syns: squirt of syrup, squirt of HP sauce, oven chips (5% McCain so not too bad)0 -
This is what I'm going to do if it's OK with you all.
Weigh myself on Friday morning, this will be my starting weight, go to SW meeting on Friday pm to get the books and the first push, then post on here what I am aiming to lose for the challenge.
I hope you will all bear with me, but you seem a nice bunch of people so I am going to give it 100% this time. Hopefully the last of my tests (CT scan) on Friday am and should get the results of the rest of my tests next week so I will know what I'm dealing with. Wish me luck.
Sounds like a good plan..Hope your test goes well on Friday..
We're here to help if you have any questions after your meeting so don't be afraid to shout up.. it always helps refresh our minds ('specially me as i always forget pineapple isn't a speed food till maman points it out)Toddles to Lois's for lunch

Visitors arriving later today and staying with Mum but we will be responsible for food (and drinks) so will try to stay as much on track as possible.
Meal out last night with friend ended up being liver and bacon with onion gravy, peas and I asked for the mash to be replaced with chips. I refused dessert and only drank diet pepsi. Have no idea on amount of syns involved but I was syn free for the rest of the day so hopefully not too much damage was done.
Hope you all have a good week.
