    Hello everyone, I have had a reasonable day today I have strayed a little with extra Syns but, it's not been that bad. So, fo Fridays menu plan....E E

    Breakfast. All bran flakes or porridge A/B blueberries, banana,
    1 dessert spoon of linwoods milled. Flaxseed etc.

    Lunch. Bacon & Eggy bread 6 Syns beetroot pickled cauliflower. Pear

    Dinner. Pork steak stuffing ball 3 Syns roast potato, boiled potato. 2 veg.

    Supper/Snacks 2 ryvita, 3 Syns 2 oranges.

    A milk B cereal
    12 Syns.
    Water, lemon water. NAS vimto.

    Yes :rotfl:those last 1or 2 pounds do seem to take some shifting
    It seemed to take weeks for me to get to my target of 10stone, then reset to 9.1/2 I only need a faffing little 1lb to do it, so why OH WHY did I scoff two chocolate eclairs today :eek:

    Congrats Tweets so pleased for you as you really didn't know what to do last week. Glad it all worked out for you.

    Well today went fantastic until I got home and then I decided that I didn't want to have what we had planned for tea. I had had a busy day at work and did not feel like cooking when I got home - cue getting fish and chips for tea!!!!

    Oh well tomorrows a new day. 70% of the day on plan is not bad.

    I have had mushy pea curry for tea ;) and I have fetched a cake home from work . Square piece sponge with icing on top and jam in the middle :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Wont get to eat it all Poppy will be :drool: when she sees it :D
