I'll aim to lose 12.5 pounds in the next challenge, which will mean I'm at my (possibly interim) target loss of 4.5 stone. I might then increase my target to a total loss of 6 stone but will see how I feel then.

I've lost 6 pounds this week, mainly thanks to a 3 night stay at a Health Farm. I won this in a competition, it was tough but definitely works. 400 calories a day and 4 hours of exercise were very hard, particularly the 2 hour walks for me but it's provided me with a big boost.

That'll give you a good boost towards your target cte but it'll be a relief to get back to SW after that. Sounds a punishing schedule.

Sorry to hear about your friend beanie. My friend called today to say she's had a breast tumour confirmed. Fingers crossed it seems localised and the prognosis is good but worrying all the same. I almost reached for wine syns to cheer me up.

We got the motorhome back last night so we're definitely going away - really looking forward to it. Just need to get the food packed into it as it was still packed with clothes from when we broke down at Easter so that's one less job to do this morning.

I've cooked all our dinners for the weekend, so will just need reheating and doing some carbs & veggies to go with them.

Will be doing EE all over the weekend. HEA will be SS milk; HEB usually bread

    Today:
B - mushrooms on toast (HEB + 2 for butter)
L - savoury mince with lentils
    D - lamb tagine, couscous

    Syns: weekend wine

    Sat:
    B - SW fry up
    L - LO tagine, couscous
D - Roast lamb in BBQ (from freezer - frozen last month)

    Sun:
    B - SW fry up
    L - ham salad sandwich
D - savoury mince with lentils; mash & veg

    Mon:
    B - Bacon & mushroom sandwich
    L - LO savoury mince
D - Egg, chips, beans when we get home

Unlikely to be able to get on the internet over the weekend so I'll wish you all a very good bank holiday weekend.

Tweets well done! :T Hope Poppy enjoyed the cake. Just running in have a scan this afternoon so not really focusing on what I'm eating these days and comfort eating in between bouts of sporadic crying lots!!!

I dread to think what I now weigh.

Beanie & Maman sorry to hear about your friends : ( I'll be back at some stage with a bit more focus I hope! Denise I wish I could go off in your caravan and never come back !

    Morning all :)

Reporting in with a STS to end the challenge. Bit disappointed, but not as much as DH who gained a pound this week and is thoroughly miffed given we haven't had any wine syns since Monday!

We had a chat about drinking this morning and he's decided to give up until his next blood test in 2 weeks. It will be interesting to see how much difference it makes - probably none as we are using our syns for other things. Last night we had some ryvita with Philadelphia light.

Beanie - sorry to hear about your friend, don't be too hard on yourself if you give in to some comfort eating. (((hugs)))

Good luck to everyone for the coming challenge.

Sounds like a bit of reverse psychology worked with your colleagues tweets. The more they tried to put you off losing the more it spurred you on! Great attitude!;)

Shame about the STS lois although has to be better than a gain. I never found just cutting down alcohol alone led to weightloss. Good luck for next week.:)

Hope all goes well with the scan lantanna. At least it'll be over with but probably have to wait for results.:(

I'm out for a pub meal tonight with a friend. Not driving but wine syns are always planned for Fridays anyway. It's a typical pub menu so may opt for steak and salad but I know they don't do JPs so may be forced to have chips! So far I've had SW breakfast (fried eggs on toast) and lunch will depend on whether/when I get to shop. Definitely SW friendly though. Yet another 'could be worse day'.

Have a lovely weekend denise. Good that the van was ready for the Bank Holiday.:)
