 Please don't do this - what about the rights to privacy for the person who you've stolen the picture off.

And what if their significant half finds it - how would they explain they have a profile on a dating website!

You love your privacy, please respect other peoples.

I think meg handled it perfectly... although meg you may have even more offers now that the fellas can see your lovely cooking :rotfl:

I was just assuming that a profile photo must be uploaded, I was just giving a option for abandoning the account in a non associative way.
I was in no way saying replicate someone's profile so it would look like someone else had a dating profile.
I did say find a photo of "someone that looks like you in shadow" (i.e features not identifiable).
I have respect for privacy, but the dating site don't have this respect.

1lb gain SHALAwhich means I've only lost a measly 1lb for this challenge. For the next one could I be put down for 5lbagain, although it will be even harder as I've got lots of family birthdays (OH on Monday), a graduation, anniversary & holiday(s) to cope with.

Lantanna Praying all goes well with the scan.

    Meg Absolutely love your response.

Bit of a shock this morning when we received the funeral service card for hubby's brother who passed away last July (long story). Turns out he was known by the same nick name as hubby is known by. Freaked me out a bit as they also Look alike and it was like looking at hubby's funeral notice
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Welcome ironed out  alpen lights are a heb still, they bowed to peer pressure and changed the recipe back! You should have got the info in your book to log onto the website - there's a pin code you have written in there.. you just need to register.

I lost 2.5lbs of the 3 I put on last week.. so total for the challenge is 0.5lb off... not great but better than putting on. Need to pull my socks way up I think.. Going for 1lb a week for this next challenge so 8lb target!! Although I do have OH's 40th and a holiday in between!

On plan day planned today for EE.. if nothing upsets it

L - trying SW french toast with bacon (heb)
T - BNS and onion tart (filo will be syns) salad, sweet potato and pickles
    S - apple, milk (hea) crisps (4.5)

What do I have to do now for next challenge please ?

Do I still report losses or sts or put one like I do now but don't have a goal because I am there ? :D Hope that makes sense  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Went to the first meeting last night, went well but very confused about everything (nothing new there then!) have looked throught the book and on the website and seem to be making headway. I would like to take part in the next challenge but not sure how to go about it. Scan was horrible and I've been told that my Doctor will be in touch early next week, why do these things always seem to happen on a Bank Holiday.:(

    Hi. Newbie here
Do you mind if I ask a couple of questions please.
Ive just rejoined sw as an ex-target member. currently 12lb over target :( Anyway, I cant access syns online, so could anyway tell me if Alpen light bars are still a HEb choice ~(last I heard there was uproar about them changing ingredients and I don't know what the outcome was)
Also, I'm just tucking in to my sw quiche, but just occurred to me that I used the Golden Wonder cheese & broccoli pasta & sauce. Is that one free?
And last question for now, how many syns are the packets of morrisons melba toasts please? I think theres 4 pks of 6 toasts in each box.
    TIA

You should be able to access the site if you've re-joined. I'd get on to your consultant if you can't. Meanwhile, shala's said about the Alpen Lights. The cheese & broccoli pasta is 3.5 syns although many of them are free. Melba toasts are 4 for 20g except for the wholegrain which is 3.5. I'm not sure when you got to target but there are some changes since January. Do ask anything you want.:)

Last night's meal was OK. Just the chips and a bit of salad dressing. Strange, this was a Greene King pub and they seem to have a standard menu across the chain but the salad dressing in this one was much more oily than the light, citrus one I've had in others although advertised the same. Plus the salad was smaller.

Maybe you're now attracting men who do SW meg?:rotfl:

Not much on today so I'm going to cook up a big pot of red cabbage and portion it for the freezer. I adapt Delia's recipe with sweetener and today a few sad looking eating apples.
    http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type-of-dish/party-food/accompaniment/traditional-braised-red-cabbage-with-apples.html

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for teas
L: JP, spring onions, cottage cheese and beetroot
D: Tesco BBQ pork, sweet potato wedges, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas, asparagus
    Syns: weekend wine
Probably won't use the HEB unless peckish this evening

    Poor you.:(

You've made that first step on SW:T. It can be confusing to begin with but you'll soon get the hang of it. Just keep asking. It's probably quicker to get an answer on here than from your consultant.

For the challenge, all you need to do is decide on an amount you'd like to lose and post it up in bold and coloured letters so that the lovely shala can add you to the list. Then each week after you've weighed you post your loss. HTH.
