Can I join challenge again please? Didn't so as well as I hoped last time (this week was STS so only lost 6.5lbs instead of the 9 I was hoping for!).
This time I would like to aim for 8lb. Worried it's a bit ambitious as I'm regularly only losing half a pound now but I really would love to lose that in that time. Especially as by then I might start wedding dress shopping....Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0 -

If you post in purple, I know tie will love you for it!!:)
I suppose your goal is STS but any losses (or gains:eek:) are fine as you aren't tied to the +/- 3lbs that classes impose.
Which is good because 3 lbs each way really is not very much.

Purple is my favourite colour too
Glad I am not tied to the 3lb and if I lose a couple lbs it will be okWhich is good because 3 lbs each way really is not very much.
