    Hello!
I'm sorry I haven't been around much. I'm afraid I'm having some family issues which have meant that I've not been going to group either and I've been eating carp- have been totally off plan again :( however Ive been quite poorly as well so haven't put huge amounts on- and I'm happy to report clothes wise I'm not quite as bad as I thought as the size 20 jeans I bought fell down :rotfl: as did the size 18 joggers :rotfl: however I'm not quite into the size 16 skinnies anymore. Have had a lovely weekend away where curry, naans, full fat Coke, chocolate, sandwiches, crisps, and Maccy D's were consumed :D so back on plan today. WI should have been tonight but still off group. I went to the gym today for the first time in three weeks and feel surprisingly exhilarated but I doubt I will later when the DOMs set in! I bought some SW ready meals, a few fruit bits, and a John West light lunch on the way home so am set up for the week- I have a job interview on Thursday so will take the JWLL with me to eat on the way as I'm there the whole afternoon.
    Today's food plan:
    B: HEXB Alpen Lights
L: Stagg Low Fat veggie chilli, Heinz mixed beans, mango chunks
Snack: 2 bananas, Alpen Light (3 syns)
T: salmon, mixed veg, pease pudding, Ainsley Harriott couscous (2.5 syns) 2 mini milks (3 syns)
S: cheese twist (3 syns) Frappucino with HEXA
    Drinks: water, NAS flavoured water
    Syns: 11.5
Body magic: only managed 30 mins as I havent been for so long- 10 mins on bike, 10 mins on treadmill and 10 mins on cross trainer.
Booked the tickets for my awards night today- that gave me the boot up the proverbial I need!! 32 days to go with a night away in the middle of it- I better pull my finger out I think!!!!
    Hope everyone's well xx

This thread was only on page 4 when I went to work! Not sure when I'll catch up :o

    Happy Birthday TIE :)

Did a 1.6 mile walk at lunch then 2.4 miles this evening - part C25k session, part getting too far from home then having a longer walk back than planned :rotfl: Despite all the extra walking I've been doing, it's the first time I've done over 10k steps in a day.

WI tomorrow, all this exercise had better be worth it!

Great minds think alike, maman. Man U certainly are red but they certainly are devils, tweets, lol.
You could pick a colour from your dress.
Ha ha, the problem is that I did! But the dress doesn’t have a colour – it’s that mad “oyster” shade that isn’t a match to anything. I suppose I could have gone for any colour to go with it from the outset, but once I set my mind on a particular route, that’s it!
Here’s a pic of me in said dress (ouch, my nose bumped against the screen)!

    Well done, jps.

    That looks very yummy, mich.

Happy birthday, TIE. Great stories from school. Enjoy your chocolate feast.

Mrs_R, glad to see you back; hope things are turning round for you. Good luck with the job interview.

Week’s menus now planned – yay! :jJust need to remember to buy in some bits and pieces. This week’s danger points are Wednesday lunch (out with friend), Friday lunch (out with daughter), Saturday dinner (away game then DH is going to our son’s stag do, so will need something decent to eat; prob take away, given time constrictions).

Breakfast: scrambled egg & smoked salmon
Lunch: hexb roll with LMcC rosemary & red onion sausage, tomatoes, piece of fruit
Dinner: SW beef in red onion gravy with veg crush (thanks for sharing recipe from pack, but sorry can’t remember who that was – old age has crept up on me now that I’ve had my birthday!)

Snacks for the week will be chosen from:
hexa cheeses, crackers/ryvita (1 or 2 syns), Garibaldi biscuits (2 syns), chocolate digestives (4 syns), special K cracker crisps (5 syns), fruit
(other treats may find their way in, but that’s what I can think of that I have just now)
Drinks selection: tea (no milk/sugar), “diet” fizzy, water (still/sparkling), hexa milk

And now, as Merry Melodies finish up - "That's all Folks!"

Thanks for such a positive welcome everyone.

    I have had

2 weetabix HEB and SS Milk HEA for breakfast

Pear, Apple, Satsuma for mid morning snacks

Lettuce, beetroot, potato, steak & boiled egg for lunch

Mug shot for mid afternoon snack

Potatoes, Broccoli and Quorn cheese & leek escalope for dinner which I think was 7 syns

Did a pile of ironing but feeling hungry so have just had

Pickled onion, boiled eggs and steak for evening snack.

No alcohol (A biggie for me) and still no word from my consultant - I wonder if I will hear from him when I don't go to group tomorrow lol. I'm convinced he has a phone for group members and a separate phone for personal use.

Anyway thanks for the support, I will try to remember to post every day. I have taken on board all the tips and they have given me a lot to think about - so much so my head hurts!

Forgive me forum for I have synned :o
The weekend has been terrible, I have had a massive binge :(. Felt awful last night and didn't sleep well, my own fault though. Didn't help when our usual chinese on Saturday tried to finish me off by putting loads of chilli in my normally very mild sweet n sour vegetables. Luckily only got a small mouthful before noticing, can't eat chilli .
Sunday just stuffed crisps and chocolate :o. Today is my birthday so chocolate has been consumed (again:o) plus HM chocolate cheesecake made by son/hubby plus whatever hubby is cooking for my tea (smells yummy).
Did have a laugh today at work, colleague had 30th birthday yesterday so banners up in staff room. Young teacher I work with asked me if they were for me :rotfl::rotfl: bless her!! She knows my son is 21 but didn't do the math :rotfl:. Also my 1st born would have been 31 this year which would have made me 9 mouths old when I had him :D.
    Made my day :rotfl:
So all in all expecting a gain this week :o

So pleased you got a laugh for your Birthday TIE

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIE

Greentiger I tried that dress on when looking for my graduation outfit. I loved the dress, especially the beaded neckline, but unfortunately I don't look good in that colour, it makes me look washed out. So glad to know someone who has got it :)
