I was beginning to think I had lost you all! But I have found you :)

The weekend was really good; nice just to get away to our own little hideaway (first time since early October last year!) and despite being just a couple of days we both felt well rested after :) Food wise was a tad synfull though so will be happy if I manage a STS on Thursday! That said my fluid intake is really low again so maybe if I can convince myself to pick that up a bit it might help

Back in work and on it a bit better now:

    Today:
Breakfast: free natural yogurt with frozen red berries, tea (milk from HeA)
lunch: hard boiled egg, ham and lettuce sandwich on 60g wholemeal bread (HeB) 2 syns for mayo. jelly pot 0.5syn
tea: think we will have oven baked battered cod with veggies and beans or mushy peas. bf will have chips; I may have mash as we have a packet of instant that needs finishing or a jacket potato depending on how the mood strikes me once I get home. I'm going to guess the fish is about 7syn with the batter on (its from a lidl pack of 4)

Could anyone kindly check some syn values for me?:
supermarket bakery cookies (there's some in the office downstairs to be shared)
    Iceland alphabet potato shapes

I am really struggling feeling guilty everytime I eat something I know has a syn value at the minute :/ Actually it's more evening meals I'm struggling with. Not sure if I need to give myself a bit of headspace and just take a little of the pressure off myself for a bit. something to ponder on

Just been to tesco to stock up on a few bits and whilst looking for frozen cherries and drooling over the new magnums (didn't buy any - check out my halo!) I saw some own brand cocktail lollies. They have 6 in a box, 3 piña colada and 3 mojito and they contain real alcohol.
55kcal for piña colada and 68 kcal for mojito.
Guess what I'm having for my syns tonight?!
I'll report back on them this evening.

I think I had the mojito ones last year Matron and from what I remember they were very nice and not too naughty ;). As for new magnums - a box of the dark espresso ones fell into our shopping yesterday but would confirm that for now the box remains intact :p

Just catching up, BEG have you tried the Carte Dor Rum nd Raisin Ice Cream??? It is amazing, my mother gave it to me once.

In other news head is melted after being cut off from the world for the last two nights despite having 2 different phones, visit to 02 shop and time spent in work on the phone to them!!!! and a trip to Tesco this am to spend £25 on replacing a faulty charger:mad: The child in the O2 shop is going to be strangled with the faulty charger tonight!!! Do not mess with a woman on a diet and with a niggling Gallbladder :rotfl:

Need to get some clothes for spring and spend minimal amounts though we have snow today :rotfl: But hoping looking at and trying on clothes will help me a little.

Oh yes lantanna we have tried the rum and raisin carte d'or and agree that it was very nice. I think Lidl may have it on offer atm not that I am trying to lead anyone astray you understand :rotfl:

Good luck in sorting your phone problems.

Weighing results will always be a mystery to me. I have been spot on with it all for the last couple of weeks - gain 0.5 last week and lost 0.5 this week. Still loo issues going on here which I think contributes in some small way.

Another March birthday here (but only just - if I'd been born 25 mins later I'd have been an April Fool, LOL!)

DH and I got married on that day :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Coming up for 37 yrs so we aren't doing too bad. :D

Well done to the latest losers :T:T

Rum and Raisin with real liquor was my favourite ice cream in the German ice cream parlours.

    Highly recommended!

Just had a problem with the site. Closed down and restarted and now I've got a "new" look forum.

I really don't like it. Says you can switch back for a short while but I couldn't manage to do it!

Anyone else got the new screen.
