Evening
Blimey, I've only been off line for 24 hours and had pages to catch up on, you lot can't half yack!
I'm in a hotel bar at La Cabrera, near Madrid having travelled over 300 miles through torrential rain, hailstones and high wind - I'll be glad to get back to the UK for some good weather! :rotfl:
So far today I've had porridge (HEA/HEB), hard boiled egg, salad, cherry tomatoes and a banana and now I'm starving, but the hotel restaurant doesn't open until 8 o'clock.
We stopped en route at a Burger King, just for a coffee and to use the loo, but I found myself salivating at the pictures and could have done justice to a Whopper! I resisted the temptation, but how many syns are they?
Well done to everyone who's lost weight this week, and hugs if you're feeling down for whatever reason.
Greentiger - animal fabrics are very on trend at the moment, maybe you could find a faux fur bag that picks up the ivory of your dress.

Hope to catch up again before we leave in the morning, otherwise it will be on the ferry.
Enjoy the rest of the day.

I weighed in today and have lost 0.5 pounds. A bit disappointing as I thought I'd had a good week. Oh well, at least it's a loss, best keep trying.0

Managed to see the new forum setup, really not keen and so glad it's back to normal for the moment.
I know it's partly not liking change but everything looked odd and I couldn't even find the death and probate forum where I post a lot as well!
Gearing up for WI, feeling like it will be a gain but we shall see.
On the plus side I had my hair cut today (got to save me a couple of ounces) and ordered my new glasses. Not sure I'm ready for them but it'll take a couple of weeks since I have to have ruddy varifocals now
Ohh I ordered new glasses on Sunday £300 :eek:.. didn't want them at all, I've only had these ones for 18 months but my prescription had changed!
