    Hi All,

Shala - Sorry I have failed to post my last 2 weeks in the challenge I got a loss of 0.5 on the 16/03 and then last night on 23/03 I lost 1lb. Very slow but coming off slowly.

This week I am determined to loose at least 1.5lb as will change the number at the front of my weight from a 14 to a 13 and that is even more motivating than a shiny!

    Today I have had:
B - 2 oranges and 2 hi fi lite for breakfast
L - Pastrami and left over veg and salad for lunch with healthy A of feta.
D - rice, swede, carrots and pork with oxo and onion.
Snacks - kellogs K chewy 4.5 syns, curly wurly 5.5 syns and 3 apples.

Hope everyone else is having a good day xx

Well done, b_e_g, fay, cte, Crabapple, djenks, hwoolgarand bellkat.

    That’s brilliant, Smedley SOTW. :T

Hope your phone is sorted now, lantanna.

I really like that bag, Lois and I did look at a few like that too. I’ll try to get a photo of the one I bought in the end.

    Tomorrow’s Plan
    Breakfast: yogurt & fruit
    Lunch: out with friend
Dinner: the stew we didn’t have today! (had macaroni cheese – forgot I’d promised my grandson)

    Night all.

Do feel free to rant on here if it helps. When does the bonnet have to be ready for?

Could anyone kindly check some syn values for me?:
supermarket bakery cookies (there's some in the office downstairs to be shared)
    Iceland alphabet potato shapes

I am really struggling feeling guilty everytime I eat something I know has a syn value at the minute :/ Actually it's more evening meals I'm struggling with. Not sure if I need to give myself a bit of headspace and just take a little of the pressure off myself for a bit. something to ponder on

The cod is 6 syns lush. There is other non-batter cod ont he Lidl list very low syn so I might take a look there. Sometimes it's better value frozen than fresh.

alphabet shapes are 4.5 for 100g

Cookies vary but 6 seems an average sort of syn value

I think maybe your evening meal problem is that you use syns for them and then you haven't many left when you fancy a treat. So like today it's almost weighing up the cod against the cookie. When you do your next shop why not think of low syn/free evening meals you can have and perhaps find some time for batch cooking to help you out during the week.

Glad you enjoyed the weekend break. Hope the sun shone on you.:)

You've done well on the food lois.:T for not giving in to the Whoppa! Do you have to start work straight away when you get back?

    Morning all :)

Lots of small losses being posted but they are all going the right way so well done everyone :T Trying to motivate myself!!

I will be good this week, and next week I will get my 4.5 stone shiny and my bronze body magic (I think it's 4 weeks of exercise? Will be at about 4.5 by then). I haven't done a FIT log, but it's all tracked on my phone :)

I have my 40th coming up in June. Current plan is to do a 5k parkrun in the morning then go out for lunch with my family and perhaps a couple of my closest friends if they are about. Don't want to do anything too much for it! I am referring to all this walking and starting to run as my mid-life crisis :rotfl:

It's why I'm doing the C25K training. I don't actually understand why I want to do it! That's why I'm referring to it as my midlife crisis!

I will be following it up with a syn filled lunch ;)

Good luck at group wiggly, hope you have a good consultant. You will get used to the clapping ;)

Glad to have the "old" version of MSE back this morning - just hope it stays!

Well done for all the losses. The chart is looking good.

    Congratulation to Smedley for SOTW.

Well done wiggly on joining up - there are quite of us on here who WI on Thursdays, me included! Good idea to go shopping straight after group so you top up with loads of SW friendly foods.

It's an EE day for me today but probably a little bit short of Speed foods:

B - porridge made with water, Mullerlight Vanilla, banana
L - Last of the pepper & asparagus muffins, loads of salad
D - HM KFC; corn on the cob, baked beans

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - porridge

Syns - viscount biscuit (last one from pack!) 3.5

Don't think I've had enough syns this week and according to my scales it'll be a gain but that's OK as I'm only 1/2lb off bottom end of target. I don't really like being that close to bottom end as I'm always worried I'll drop out and have to pay again!!!
